This beautiful condo located within the Leora Pacifico complex is complete! 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, blender ( for those frosty tropical drinks to take to the pool or enjoy on your private balcony) microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All linens for 3 beautiful bedrooms, including sheets, comforters, pillows, also towels for each of the 2 full bathrooms. *Pack and play crib upon request. Located in the first building of this beautiful property on the second floor ( yes, there is an elevator!) Hibiscus Hills Unit is in a quiet area yet just a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops or dining. You can enjoy many activities in Tamarindo; fishing, sunset catamaran cruise, four wheeling in the rain forest, zip lining, surfing lessons...just to name a few! Cleaning/maid service; you may select daily, or schedule as needed.

The condo was perfect for our family! Big kitchen with plenty of cookware and even a blender. There were towels for the beach and sand toys. The A/C was lovely! The location was close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away to be quiet at night. The town was very lively with many great restaurants. We recommend La Pachanga, La Oveja, and Nogui’s. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Well located and spacious condo! Walking distance to Tamarindo beach and restaurants/shopping. Gated condo with pool and tennis court.Condo had everything our family needed for our stay! We had a great time! Just make sure you keep any open cereal/cookies in the fridge to avoid the ants. Mattresses are firm/extra firm, kids complained a bit. Overall, a great stay!!

Comfortable condo

My husband and i had a great 2 week stay with our friends. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the family of monkeys daily and iguanas.. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and town for shopping and dining.

Like a tiny oasis in Tamarindo

Rhonda was the consummate host: great communicator, very welcoming, and keeps a beautiful home. Leora Pacifico is quiet and luxurious, with a large pool, lots of green space, and a staff that is kind, approachable and accommodating. No wonder people book stays year after year.

Great Place to Stay

The condo itself was very nice and very spacious. The grounds were well maintained and had everything that we needed to make our stay memorable. The pool area had a great outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ, fridge, sink, prep island.The cleaning and landscaping staff were very friendly and did a great job.The condo is situated close to the beach as well as bars, restaurants and grocery stores.I would highly recommend this condo and we are thinking about returning for a longer stay in the future.

Great fit for our family. Close but not too close to town

The location was convenient to easily get into town and enjoy the thursday night market, but was still out of the center and therefore quiet.Access to Tamarindo beach was pretty straightforward, and there was parking available closer to the beach since we had small children, or we could walk on our own. The pool was also great for the kids.Host was also great in getting a couple of cribs for us to use for our little ones while we were visiting which made travel much easier.Would definitely recommend

Wonderful family vacation

We had the most wonderful time staying in this great family friendly condo. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and even saw monkeys a few times right from our place! Rhonda was amazing to communicate with and got back to me very quickly. The location was wonderful! Really easy to walk down to the beach and so close to restaurants and markets. Even our five year old did well with the walking! I would definitely return!

Great location in Tamarindo

This is a great 3 bedroom condo in the perfect location to enjoy all that Tamarindo has to offer, it is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach but just far enough to be a tiny bit away from the noise and bustle. We even saw monkeys on the property. The A/C is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. Rhonda was an excellent host, responding to every need promptly and helpfully. I highly recommend.

Great condo with wonderful staff!

Our stay at Leora Pacifica was fantastic! The accommodating staff, delightful amenities such as the pool and BBQ grill, and the convenient proximity to a mini-market and delicious restaurants made our family getaway memorable. The nearby clean beaches were within walking distance. Booking excursions through Native Way enhanced our positive experience with their exceptional service and professionalism- highly recommend zipline, Horseback, River Tubing Combo, ATV tour and, Whitewater Rafting. The mid-stay room cleaning provided by Leora Pacifico was a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the natural surroundings, with bird sounds and occasional sightings of iguanas and monkeys.

Tamarindo Leora Pacifico

Great quiet area. Pool was awesome! Enjoyed watching the Howler monkeys and the Iguana who would periodically show up in the pool area. Could have used a kettle in the condo. Cleaning staff was excellent! Darkening blinds in the front bedrooms would have also been a help. All around the condo was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Easily accessible to the beach and shopping areas. Its a fair walk in the heat. Renting a Golf cart is highly recommended and will get you better access to cheaper groceries and beverages, which you really couldn't walk to. The alternative of course is taking a taxi which will cost you $15US each way to the Auto Mercado which has prices 30% cheaper than the Vindi market just down the road. Really enjoyed our stay!

My husband and i really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Having a king bed, 2 bathrooms, walk in closet, and a balcony for coffee was such a treat. The market on Thursday nights was walking distance and fun. It had live music and good food. Saturday mornings had a fruit and fish market down the street, we used our golf cart that we rented to get there. We were able to see monkeys in the trees one afternoon, by the pool, so fun! We loved our pool time in the afternoon, watching the Olympics on TV with the other guests and playing cards. We enjoyed putting in our own streaming services on the TV in our bedroom. We also found a barbecue on the beach one Thursday night at Captain Shizo Hotel. We felt very safe and secure at night with the surrounding fences and security guard. I was glad we rented the golf cart to get to many of the amazing restaurants. The fruit, avocados, mangos, pineapples and fish were fabulous!

From there they headed to Tamarindo and began developing many other properties, including the Tamarindo Resort now DBA as Salinas which our family still owns. Leora Pacifico is a family owned and operated property that is close to everything in Tamarindo, yet far enough away for peaceful enjoyment. We live in the United States in the state of Florida. We travel to Tama often to visit with family and of course love this beautiful oasis as well as the magnificent country of Costa Rica. We hope you enjoy your stay at Hibiscus Hills!

Hibiscus Hills in the lovely Leora Pacifico is close to everything in Tamarindo, yet set off just enough to allow a little more privacy than properties closer to the beach. Just a short walk to downtown and the many activities you will find there as well as the beautiful beach. Secluded, private, gated and secure.

Tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi , with a full kitchen and grill area for your enjoyment. There is also a fully equipped gym. The property and it's amenities are for quests only and not open to the public. And yes there is a playground area for the children as well! Management onsite and available 8am to 8pm.
