In spring 2020, Apartment 9 underwent a comprehensive renovation: a complete bathroom remodel, the installation of recessed lighting, new floor tiles, and entirely new furnishings have created an apartment that exudes charming elegance.
In the bedroom (family room), you’ll find a high-quality 180x200m box spring bed (with a full-length topper) as well as a sofa bed for a child that can be converted into a full-size bed in a single motion. A 43-inch TV with a swivel arm is also part of the bedroom furnishings.
Thanks to a ceiling height of 3.10 m, the space feels exceptionally spacious and flooded with light. A beach chair awaits you on one of the two balconies.
The high-quality, new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
In the living room, you’ll find an elegant corner sofa and a 55-inch TV with a 180-degree swivel arm.

An elevator is, of course, available for the apartment located on the first floor; however, the apartment is not wheelchair-accessible due to a 6-step exterior staircase.
With its 50 square meters, it is perfectly suited for a stay of up to 2 people.
Unfortunately, smoking and bringing pets are not permitted in the apartment.

Bed linens and bath towels can be rented for a fee.

The parking pass provided in the apartment entitles you to use the tree-shaded parking lot next to the gas station.

The Altes Postamt building, a listed historic structure dating from 1939, underwent extensive restoration in 2000. In the spring of 2020, a comprehensive renovation took place (wooden balconies, carpeted floors, and a fresh coat of paint on the facade).
The central location on Zeppelinstraße puts the beach and the center of Binz just a few steps away.





For those who prefer a relaxed arrival and departure, we recommend scheduling your travel day to avoid weekends. This way, you’ll avoid long wait times and traffic jams.

On weekends, we try to have the apartments ready for you by 3:00 p.m.; should we be unable to do so, we ask for your understanding.



Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
