This is a fully private in-law suite with its own separate entrance, attached to our primary residence. While your space is entirely private, some sound transfer is possible, including normal household noises such as voices or footsteps during typical hours. We are mindful of guest comfort and respect quiet hours; however, this space is best suited for guests comfortable with a lived-in home environment. Guests who are highly sensitive to noise may prefer a fully detached accommodation.
