The condo appeared to be recently renovated and very clean. It has adequate kitchen supplies. Decent furniture in good condition. The location on the beach was great. The codes were a little difficult at first but I got the hang of it. You need to know that there is no laundry in the room. If you opt to use the owners linens know that you will be required to wash and dry them prior to leaving which makes trying to leave early in the morning difficult if you plan on leaving early, taking a shower, and then waiting to wash and dry before leaving. I tried to dry the linens and could not find the start button on the dryer anywhere. So I had to drape the wet towels around the house before I left. (My son who lives nearby even looked at the dryer to see what I was missing and he didn't see how to start it either). If the owner would just share the instructions that would be helpful. And just know for this unit the A/C must be set no lower than 73 and if you go lower and it freezes up YOU will be responsible for the repair. I visited in early May. Would not want to stay in this room in July/August. There were 2 new fans and I used both of them so it was fine.

Overall, this would’ve been a great find for our last minute trip, but there were a couple of details that made it just ok. First, the door is not very secure, from the lock up there is a 1/4-3/8 inch gap where you can see light. If I was staying alone without my husband I would have left. Second, I had planned to work from there Thursday and Friday, but there was LOUD construction in an adjacent unit (we think above) starting at 8am both days, then 9am on Saturday. I feel that should have been disclosed at the time of booking. I had to leave to work elsewhere. With how strict the posted HOA rules were, management at least should have known. The main lobby was also under construction. There was still and on the floor when we came in so we had to sweep. Also the VRBO listing incorrectly states that there is a hot tub on property and there is not which was disappointing since that was a main thing I based my booking choice upon. It would be a really nice spot had circumstances around construction been better, or at least communicated to us.
