Beachfront condo

Condo was lovely and well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, at the beach, bedroom linens/ towels. Cindy the owner was very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our 6 week stay in New Smyrna Beach

Great location and view

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! From the 3rd floor view to the family games and well decorated space it was everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The property manager also seems to take pride in his work and keeps the grounds and pool clean too. We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful !

The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed, including paper products and spices. The view was spectacular and we really enjoyed being close enough to walk to Flagler Street. The host was very accommodating. We would definitely go back again.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our week at this well appointed condo. Cindy made sure that we had everything needed. The deck was perfect for breakfast and afternoon drinks. The ocean view is what one wants when taking a Florida vacation. Walking distance to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and all the shops. Looking forward to another stay!

pleasantly satisfied

Owner was very accomidating and every thing was as advertised.Condo was clean and well furnished , we felt very much at home. Grounds and pool were imaculate. The beach, well it's the beach, need I say more. Close to the shops, resturants and grocery store. We look forward to coming back again.

No surprises

Hank and Cindy have a lovely spot in Coronado Towers. They responded promptly with a TV when I let them know the one in the guest room was not working!! The condo is abundantly supplied with anything you might need. The view from their balcony was all that you would expect when you want to hear the waves and watch people, birds and dolphins. We thoroughly enjoyed our January there.

We loved our unit!

Cindy and Hank were very welcoming and great to work with! They worked with us to help accommodate our travel schedule and communicated frequently before and during our trip. Cindy asked for the ages of everyone in our party and had a welcome basket waiting when we arrived. The condo had several things many other condos have not provided – extra throw blankets, batteries, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. Their unit is comfortable and the perfect home away from home.

July 4th family vacation

Our family has fallen in love with New Smyrna Beach. Spending the week of July 4th there is what we all look forward to each year. From the initial request until we checked out Cindy was the BEST host. She was more than accommodating and the beachfront condo was perfect in location, comfort, cleanliness, & supplies. The complex has a private pool. Parking is convenient, as there is a personal space. The spacious unit has a personal washer/dryer and updated appliances. We are a family of 5, as my mom travels with us, and there was plenty of space. We ABSOLUTELY will be returning next year! Thank you Cindy, for providing our wonderful week. 😁

Awesome condo w/ amazing views!

We had a wonderful time, the condo was clean, up to date, and so convenient to everything! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need, and there are plenty of beach chairs too. Cindy was available anytime for quick questions and checked in on us often! Check in and out was seamless. Can’t wait to visit again!

PARADISE BY THE SEA 😎❤

This was my first time renting a condo. I cannot say enough regarding how pleased I am with the entire experience. The owner is PHENOMENAL. She is so friendly and helpful and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with my stay. I experienced no issues. The condo itself is in a wonderful location. It has the most beautiful view from the balcony of both the pool and ocean. I experienced gorgeous sunrises during my stay. The owner has everything one can possibly need for a stay at the beach: beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, toys, etc. There are ample bath towels and linens/pillows. The kitchen is well stocked: blender, Keurig, mixer, slow cooker, another coffee maker, plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. It is clean and nicely furnished and decorated like a beach bungalow. There is a washer and dryer in the unit a rare find at the beach. The property is clean and well maintained. The property manager is on-site and is friendly and helpful. There are charcoal grills available for guests to use. Private entrance to the beach. There is a locked gate at both the pool and beach entrance that are accessible by code only. There is a rec room on the premises with a table tennis and a pool table. My family and myself were very pleased with this RARE GEM of a condo. We definitely felt like we were in paradise and did not want to leave. We plan to make this an annual event. If you love the beach then this is the place for you. ❤

Great beach vacay

We loved the quick access to the beach and Flagler Avenue. The condo was great and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and quickly attended to our needs. The only downside for our group was the pool rules. The pool has a lot of restrictions including no floats and no toys and the pool area has restrictions for food and playing games like ball and frisbee. You also cannot be in the pool past dark. However, the kids had a great time anyway!

Great Vacation!!!

This property exceeded our expectations!! The owners were there in person to greet us upon our arrival. This was a first for us and it was so helpful. They showed us around the condo and gave us suggestions of good places to eat and fun things to do in the area. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the week: linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, dishes, cookware, etc. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful! We will definitely be back!!

Fun on the beach

This was a great property. Even better than the pictures and the pictures were great. Very well appointed, we didn’t need a thing that wasn’t there. Very clean and located steps to the beach made our stay SO enjoyable. I would book it again in a heartbeat!

We are a family of 4, my husband and I have been married 33 years and have two sons, 28 and 25. We live 45 minutes from our Beach House and love it there. We know you will as well! We renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms with brand new cabinets, slab granite counter tops and new appliances.

This is the best property and view in New Smyrna Beach. Quiet building and close to shopping, restaurants and fantastic activities. Unbeatable location!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are on the beach and the pool is the closest to the beach/ocean of any other property. We walk to Breakers for their amazing burgers, walk to dinner at the many places on Flagler, enoy riding our bikes and playing tennis at the city park. Being able to sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean and pool is the biggest plus of all. We love it in NSB and spend as much time there as a family that we can.
