I’m so excited to share my new home with you. Come and enjoy this 2800 sq ft home with 3
bedrooms, 3 baths, a fully stocked kitchen and the most wonderful living area you can imagine!
Spacious deck on the lake side of the house with a BBQ grill. Fire ring in the back yard and a
wonderful year round view of the lake.
You are welcomed through the front door into the great room with floor to ceiling glass on each side of a massive native stone fireplace. Enjoy the flat screen tv with Roku streaming channels available while seated on the comfy leather sectional.
The Kitchen is open to the great room and is adequately stocked with plates, silverware, cookware
and everything you need to keep everybody fueled for their vacation. Yes you can relax because
there is a dishwasher and a full sized refrigerator. Get your morning started with a cup of coffee from the Keurig single serve coffee maker!
The Master bedroom entry is just off the great room and features a wonderfully comfortable King
bed. It features calming forest green walls and will provide a wonderful place for you to rest. The
ensuite bath features dual sinks, large mirror and a corner shower.
There is a full sized washer/dryer just off that bedroom as well as a second door to the kitchen for
easy access.
Upstairs in the loft there is sleeping for 4 with two trundle beds. The loft also has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a special nook for the little ones with bean bag chairs, games and coloring books.
Downstairs in the basement is another area with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. It’s
fairly basic but it’s my favorite place to go because it’s so quiet and cool in the summer. If you use
the house during the winter, the basement can be colder than the rest of the house with the current HVAC setup so you should not bank comfortably sleeping down there in the winter months. Outside in the front you have a large yard and in the back yard you have the lake so what else can you ask for? The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We have quite a few full time residents, so be respectful and don’t do anything that would disturb them.
The neighborhood is very cool. We have THE TABLE ROCK AIRPORT just a mile away and at the airport you want to make sure to check out the DEPOT DINER. People who live along the runway have their own airplane hangars. It’s quite a site to see. If you would like, you can fly into the airport to get to the house!
Of course because of the lake we have countless lake fun things to do and I’m sure you are aware of that. However, there are so many things nearby that I want to share with you. I’ll organize them by how close they are to the house.....

Roaring River State Park – You have never seen so many trout in your life!
Eureka Springs – Great tourist friendly town. Lots of cool shops, bars and restaurants.
Dogwood Canyon Nature Park – Nature preserve. Hiking, biking, fishing, tram tours and a café.

VRBO: If you are booking on VRBO, they will show it as a "Refundable deposit paid at property". That is not accurate. The deposit is simply a credit card hold which is authorized on the day that you arrive and then automatically drops off 7 days after you leave. If you leave with no damage, you will never notice it. If there is damage, I will notify you of what I have found prior to making any type of claim against that hold. I'm sorry that VRBO describes it that way, but I have brought it to their attention, and they say it is the only thing that can be done with their system.
