Access is for entire home with the exception of the storage building on the left side of the property.

This is a Non Smoking property. There is a minimum of a $500.00 fine if property is found to have been smoked in.

A $25.00 charge per person over 8 guests will be charged up to 10 guests.

Decor and landscape are subject to change with the season.

For bookings over 28 days a short term rental agreement and security deposit will be required.

We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance. In the occurrence of a refund, the initial credit card processing fee will be deducted.
PETS:
We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don`t like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviews our following guidelines and agree to them. Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under
20 lbs. or 1 dog under 40 lbs. If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it. There will be a higher fee for a single dog over 40 lbs. Breed and age are needed and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol. NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs. Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

The property is tucked away from A1A creating a quiet mood and easy access to the ocean.
