My family rented this home over the Christmas holiday and it was fantastic! The host was wonderful and reached out to us. The house was perfect. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with many small items you might need. Yes! There was a hair dryer, phone chargers, the air conditioning was strong, fans in every room, 5 beach cruisers to use, extra pillows, cotton linens and cotton blankets.The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great, dishwasher, TV & wifi in every room, laundry, coffee maker, condiments in the refrigerator, it was all good! Super cozy. Very quiet. Secluded beach environment.This place was very, nice & my whole family really loved it!

It was already decorated for Christmas! I didn’t want to leave. Close to town, but far enough away. Close to beaches, and everything else you would want on a vacation.

What a CUTE spot! And she had sooooooo many extra amenities available in the house that you were able to use. We took a bike ride, and hung out downstairs below her house and it is soooooo homey and just a vibe plus it’s a dead end road and the sunset at the end of the road is priceless! She also communicates and responds quickly! We will be back!

Surf and City

Excellent location to enjoy both the beach and the historic city of St. Augustine. Daily adventures found us exploring an historic fort, basking on the beach, riding the waves, golfing at famous TPC Sawgrass, dining at delicious seafood restaurants, exploring a 300 year old plantation, checking out local art museums, and endless shopping. All within striking distance. A great week vacation for all!!

Excellent stay at Vilano cottage

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped home. In walking distance to the beach and the intercoastal waterway. The only glitch for us was navigating the operation of the TV. A more detailed description of how the remotes work would have been helpful. Otherwise, an Excellent stay. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

This property was excellent for our situation. We were 4 adults (2in their 60’s and 2 in our 70’s). We were able to walk to two very good restaurants and to the beach. The property was very well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed within a short drive Would definitely recommend!

St. augustine

The house is immaculate. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is quiet, as well as charming. We enjoyed a lovely restaurant within walking distance. The host provides everything imaginable to enhance a stay and responds readily to any question.

Beautiful home away from home

From check in to check out communication with the property manager was awesome! When we got to the house it was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. This house was decorated with a beach theme and it was clean! It was a great home away from home with all of the little extra's we didn't remember were already there. We would recommend this home and we would stay there again!

Perfect Little Vacation Rental

Great family spot

This property was a great for our family with 3 young kids. It is in a ideal location- a quick walk to the beach or over to the intercostal for fishing and a meal at Aunt Kate’s (we enjoyed many!) It was clean and very well stocked with everything from kitchen to beach supplies- even a little treat for kids and adults upon check in. We would love to come back during warmer weather!

Excellent!!

The house was great-perfect location. The beach location was amazing! Not overcrowded, not crazy. We were close to historic St. Augustine. The drive there was easy and short. The kids loved jet skiing for the first time. All in all, it was a fabulous vacation!! Thank you Debi!

Great place to stay.

I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be near the beach and public stores. It is located on a very quiet dead end residential street. Very quite and restful and Debi was a great host. The property was immaculate.

Sad we had to leave!

I fell in love with this cottage as soon as we pulled into the driveway! Everything was perfect for our stay with our two adult daughters. The quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the ocean were exactly what we were looking for, and this adorable cottage and all of the little extras Debi provided were the icing on the cake for us. We enjoyed daily walks/runs along the shore (a short 1/4 mile walk to the shoreline from the cottage), collected many seashells, watched the sun rise and set, and enjoyed the peacefulness of it all. We did some touristy exploring over the bridge in St Augustine which was also fun, though very busy in early January…we were happy to have the peace and quiet of this sweet cottage to retreat to afterward. We hope to be able to return to this little slice of Heaven in Vilano Beach one day and once again start the day with a cup of coffee while swinging gently on the front porch. A perfect getaway! Thank you, Debi!

Awesome 2022 Christmas!!!!

Debi is an excellent host! We traveled down this year to spend Christmas with our family. When we arrived the house was decorated with outside lights, many Christmas decorations, and a Christmas tree. This gave us the feeling we were at home. The house is in a great location between the beach and sound. Debi is very responsive to any needs we had. We had a very nice welcome package when we arrived that was a great touch! This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this house and we'll definitely be returning! Thanks again, Debi!

Great Location

Welcomed as a family

Debra treated us as a family. The house wad cleaned and very well organized. She provided even small details for our stay- condiments and bottled water in the fridge, snack and wine of our choice, lotions, make-up remover towels, phone chargers. In the garage Debra stored bikes with helmets, beach gear, surf boards, and many more. We felt welcome and loved. The house is a walking distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.
