This beautifully maintained second-row beach home offers the perfect combination of comfort, space, and an unbeatable location. With public beach access just a short, safe walk away, you can be on the sand in minutes, ideal for long beach days, sunset strolls, and everything in between.
Step inside and you're immediately welcomed into a bright, open-concept living space where the living room, dining area, and kitchen come together seamlessly. The layout makes it easy to gather after a day at the beach, relax with a movie on the 75" smart TV, or simply enjoy each other's company. Fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen ensure you have all the conveniences of home, whether you're cooking family meals or enjoying a quiet night in.
Down the hall, the spacious primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Just off the same hallway, a second bedroom also features a queen bed and its own private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for couples or extended family. Two additional bedrooms are located just off the main living area, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed and twin trundle underneath, making it a great space for kids. These bedrooms share a full hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
Outside, the home truly shines. The covered area beneath the house features an inviting outdoor bar, plenty of storage, and covered parking. A fire pit creates the perfect gathering spot for evening conversations, while the outdoor shower and hose make rinsing off after beach days quick and easy. With driveway access from both Beach Drive and Dolphin Drive, coming and going is effortless, and beach days are even easier with direct access from the beachside of the home.

This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights include a valuable credit to use toward beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more. The choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and include flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
