Oceanfront directa sin las casas adyacentes estar en la cima de la otra. Salir de la cubierta y en la playa. ¡No hay nada mejor que esto!

"PAR Beach House" te está esperando para que disfrutes de tu tiempo especial en la playa. Disfrute de la zona de la playa donde se han filmado escenas de numerosos programas de televisión y películas.

La casa es como nueva, mantenida e inmaculada. 3 dormitorios / 2. 5 baños. 1 cama King, 2 camas Queen y 1 sofá cama Queen.

4 CCTV (la sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla grande de plasma de alta definición con sistema estéreo envolvente Bose y paquete de cable extendido), 4 reproductores de DVD, VCR e Internet de alta velocidad con WiFi. Cocina totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades y todos los electrodomésticos recientemente renovados y remodelados. Ventiladores de techo en todo y actualizado.

Alfombra o baldosa de cerámica en todo. Amplia suite principal con la nueva y lujosa cama King de Beautyrest Black, área de descanso y baño recientemente renovado. Otros baños también han sido renovados recientemente. Nuevas camas queen en los otros dos dormitorios. Lavadora y secadora grandes recién renovadas. Sistemas de climatización recientemente actualizados.

Bellamente decorada casa con vistas al mar. Privacidad y tráfico mínimo en esta apartada tramo 2 cuadras de East Beach Drive. Un montón de espacio para que los niños jueguen al aire libre en gran patio sin preocupaciones.

Casa orientada al sur - así se llega a disfrutar el amanecer y el atardecer desde la terraza de atrás. Faro de la isla del roble y Pier también son visibles desde la cubierta. Cerca de los dos puentes para facilitar el acceso y fuera de la isla.

We had direct access to the beach. This is an excellent location. This was our third stay. The house has always been clean. The owner, Matt, is so accommodating and easy to work with. We recommend this home.

Best access to the beach from a well appointed home

Matt has provided what you need at the house. Grill, pots, pans, beach equipment and everything in great condition. We were happy to stay here!

Beautiful home and was exactly as described. Location is steps from the beach. Lovely decorated and feel you are at home and not in a rental. We found the owner very easy to work with. We will return to this home for our next beach stay.

Hone away from home

Perfect property right on the beach. Appointed with anything you could possible need. Anyting we needed tge owner was so helpful and immediately responded. Would stay again for sure. Loved the outdoor furniture and how stocked the kitchen was. Great time.

Par house on Oak Island

My wife and I stayed at the Par house and were blown away by how nice it was! Every little detail was taken care of down to a fully stocked spice cabinet for all of our cooking needs. We enjoyed our stay so much we are going to book another trip next year! Matt the owner was great! he even checked to see how everything was going while we were there.

Location location location!

The property was everything as described! The house had absolutely anything you’d want to get your stay started. The house was well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the morning sunrise and evening sets were stunning. Walking on the beach and grabbing a cup of coffee and bite to eat at Ruby’s was the perfect start to the morning. It’s close to all the local restaurants, which we definitely explored during our three week visit. We would definitely stay again!

This home is the perfect size for a small family. It impressed us with how well-stocked it was. With every utensil, cookware, plates, bowls, glasses, it had it all! The attention to detail the host has is apparent. We will try to stay here again! If we can find an empty week!

Beautiful on the Beach home

This is a very comfortable, clean home! If I could give it 10 stars I would! My husband and I have been coming to OKI for many years and this was our first time staying at this home. Relaxing comfort in a perfect location

The description was very accurate. We were lucky and got to meet host Matt, who I feel like I've known more than a week. The property is perfectly located near everything you could need and super comfortable. Saying it is well equipped would be an understatement. This property is one that I really don't want to give it's all-star review to and keep it all to myself. Can't wait to return over and over.

OKI is awesome. This property made it even better

Our stay could not have been better. The home was perfect and the location was even better. When this property says beachfront, it truly means beachfront. Nothing between you and the ocean besides the porch and sand, and your eyes can see past the sand for amazing sunrises and sunsets over the water . We had a fantastic time exploring OKI and surrounding areas. Matt was an excellent host, and had the pleasure to meet him and his wife. He truly cares about the property and his guests. It evident in every single detail. Many times we say “oh we’d love to come back” to a place, but this time we said it every day, and we meant it. Amazing in every way.

Great Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PAR House. It was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was especially well equipped and stocked with everything from spices and coffee to cleaning supplies. We selected this home based on reviews and location. It did not disappoint! It is located on a nice, quiet section of the island where there is little street traffic with this oceanfront property. The weather was great and we enjoyed spending time on the deck as much as the beach. From coffee in the morning to stargazing at night, the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. Family Vacation (Four adults and four kids (ages 13, 10, 6, 4)

We stayed at the PAR beach house from 6/8 to 6/15 and had a great time! When researching the vacation, we wanted to not be in a touristy area but have the touristy stuff to do within an hour drive...and Oak Island delivered. Oak Island is a quaint coastal town with a great atmosphere. The PAR house was clean, well maintained, and right on the beach. The amenities were exactly as stated on the website. I liked how all the switches were marked as to which lamps, fans, ect went to which switch as well has how to operate the awesome entertainment center. The owner was very helpful in answering questions about what to do and where to eat. Please remember to bring your own towels or linens but if you don't want to, Sharon's Linens did a great job of providing everything for us. The owner has her number. While we were staying in Oak Island, we charted a boat to do some bayou fishing in North Myrtle Beach (great time, caught different types of fish but the owner of the charter was not very personable so I wont recommend him), attended the Pirates Voyage Dinner theater in Myrtle Beach (excellent food and entertainment), rode the Sky Wheel in Myrtle Beach (a bit pricey for four times around but a unique experience), ate at Turtle Island on Oak Island (excellent shrimp and filet kabobs), ate at Provision Company in Southport (a must do..the coolest restraurant set up I have ever been to), rode the ferry from Kure Beach to Southport (kids loved it), ate ice cream at Squigleys at Carolina Beach (fresh, natural ice cream...get Squigeled while you are there), visited the Childrens Museum in Wilmington (kids loved it, adults, bring a book), visited the USS North Carolina in Wilmington (somber, amazing experience for anyone into history or military. The rest of the time we baked under the fabulous NC sun and played in the ocean. This was a vacation to remember and we would HIGHLY recommend Oak Island and PAR house to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had all of the comforts of home at our fingertips! The location cannot be beat, just steps away from the ocean water’s edge! Our family highly recommends this property and Matt is amazing to work with! The attention to detail is impeccable!

An excellent Thanksgiving Holiday

The unit was ready and clean, and had all the little extras that you’d like to see in a rental property. Everything was as advertised, and we had an excellent week. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. We’ll be back

Perfect house for a family getaway!

Such a comfortable house located directly on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. My husband and I are our two adult children had a wonderful four night stay here. Having the beach right out the back door was such a treat.....we caught plenty of sunrises and sunsets on the beach! And the house was in the perfect location for our nephew's wedding in Southport as it was only a short drive away. And Matty was a very conscientious host! Would highly recommend staying at this property and if we ever get the opportunity to travel back to the area, you can bet we'll stay here again!

Highly Recommend! The Pics Don't Do Par Justice

We loved our stay at the Par House. The location was perfect - beachfront, close to grocery and shopping, full of nature (turtle nests, deer and even gators!). The pictures didn't do this house justice - all of the recent renovations are beautiful. And the decor made us feel right at home. The house was clean and so well- stocked. We had everything we needed from dishes to beach supplies and laundry/cleaning. Matt was such a great host - he was always reachable, checked in on how things were going and accommodated all of our needs - including shipping some items we had forgotten after we left! The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer keyless entry vs working with keys, but that wasn't a major issue - just would remove anxiety of being locked out. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!
