Freistehendes Ferienhaus mit Wintergarten in der Südeifel

We offer a cozy and lovingly furnished vacation home (approx. 100 square meters) with a sunroom, terrace, and garden overlooking the countryside. The vacation home was completely renovated and completed in December 2020.

The vacation home features two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed: one measuring 180 x 200 cm (Bedroom 1) and the other 140 x 200 cm (Bedroom 2). Bedroom 2 is accessed through Bedroom 1. Another room with a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. This room also leads to the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The lower level features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that opens onto the cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. From here and from the kitchen, you can access the spacious sunroom. There is a separate guest restroom in the entryway.

The terrace and the adjacent garden invite you to relax and unwind, making the vacation home ideal for a longer stay. It serves as the perfect starting point for a wide variety of excursions, such as to historic Trier (23 km), the beautiful Moselle Valley, the Vulkaneifel, the Nürburgring (78 km), or neighboring Luxembourg (border 31 km). You can also set out directly from here on various hikes. The Eifelsteig trail passes right by the village.

Next to the house is a carport where bicycles can also be stored. It also offers a weather-protected spot for smoking.

In Zemmer, you’ll find a butcher and a bakery. For food and drinks, there’s a restaurant in town, as well as an inn just outside of town (about 3 km).
