Free Seasonal Beach Chairs Included!! Wake up to sweeping Gulf views in this beachfront 1-bedroom condo with hallway bunks at The Summit Beach Resort. Designed for comfort and convenience, this unit features a king bedroom, cozy bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The Space:
*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and possible ejection.
