This cozy vacation home (a wooden house built in 2007) offers 85 square meters of space for up to 5 people. Right next to the house is a large garden of approximately 400 square meters, which is for the exclusive use of the guests. The house is located on a quiet side street, 800 meters from the lake and Vogelinsel. On the first floor, there is a living room with a cozy sofa area and satellite TV. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. There is also a cozy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. There is also an electric kettle and a coffee maker, and dishes are provided. The first floor also features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bathtub. There is also an utility room, where a washing machine is available for your use free of charge. On the upper floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a single bed and a crib (for children up to 3 years old). There is also a guest restroom with a sink on the upper floor. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. A 30% deposit may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM or, by telephone arrangement, after 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per adult per day will be charged separately on-site. Children and people with severe disabilities are exempt. Bed linens and towels are provided. Firewood is available upon request for the wood-burning stove. Electricity and water are billed according to usage. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available. Keys are handed over in person on site.
