The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, just a 5-minute walk from the lake, a bakery, a butcher shop, the train station, a supermarket, the Altmühl Information Center, Vogelinsel, and restaurants (Franconian, Greek, Italian). The price includes made-up bed linens and towels, kitchen linens, and a selection of spices and tea. The tastefully furnished 86-square-meter vacation apartment is located right at the entrance to the lake, has a large terrace in the blooming, mature garden, and a separate entrance. The apartment, which gets morning sun, features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a spacious living room with a reading chair, TV, sleeper sofa, and the option for an additional rollaway bed or crib. The separate kitchen with a dining table is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, microwave, plenty of dishes, as well as spices, coffee, tea, and kitchen linens. The new bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a large mirror, and ample lighting. All rooms have their own access to the living area with a large dining space and a Swedish wood-burning stove; they can be completely darkened and stay pleasantly cool in the summer. The entryway features a bench, a shoe rack, and a coat rack. The private garden has a seating area and plenty to offer for the little ones: a playhouse, swing, sandbox, wading pool, Bobby Car, etc. A large lockable room is available on the property for bicycles, as well as a parking space on the grounds.
