Awesome place

We had an amazing time staying here. The condo was in great shape and the ocean views were beautiful. Comes with a beach service set up that is wonderful. We will definitely be coming back. Don’t hesitate this is what you are looking for.

Fun in the sun

Nice condo. Excellent and easy location. Awesome beach view. It could use a deep cleaning as many have said. Clean but dusty walls, lamps etc. Could use an update on kitchen utensils. We ran out of spoons and cups. Could also use a blanket for the pull out beds. Overall awesome and we would come back for sure!

It’s okay for family to stay

I book Inlet Reef 607. The view of beach is beautiful, and the room have many things you need for cooking and enjoy the beach ( toys, chair and umbrella ) When I got some problems, The office you see in this condo is not the one owner the room 607, so I hope you don’t be confused about it. Try to call the number on the top first page in your documents have the door condo.

Loved the location

We loved the location, right on the beach with a roomy balcony where we could relax before and after beach time. The interior has more room than we anticipated from the pictures - a nice surprise. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. There were also additional beach umbrellas, beach and lounge chairs and beach toys that were very useful to us. The only (minor) issues were that we were shorted bedding for the trundle bed for the first night, and when we pulled out the trundle bed, it was apparent that no-one had cleaned under there for awhile. Also, the floors seemed pretty dirty as evidenced from the dirt on our year-old crawler's knees. We called the management and received bedding for the subsequent nights and after sweeping and mopping ourselves, we solved those issues. Overall, I would recommend this property as a delightful home away from home while visiting Destin.

Overall a good stay

We have stayed at this resort in a couple different units. Have always been extremely pleased. My only criticism of this property was the mattress in the master suite. Not very comfortable. Would recommend it be changed. Seems worn out. Overall this a good quality stay and a great view

Great location on Holiday Isle in Destin. Beautiful ocean and sunset views from this top floor unit, and easy beach access. Would definitely return.

This was a perfect unit for 6 adults. The location is perfect and close to everything. The only draw back is that the unit does not come with beach chairs & umbrella. This is an expense that is over priced when you have to rent them.

Great location away from busy crowd on beach and neighborhood.beach not quite as wide as farther down towards town or sandestin but wide enough and very clean and nice water just the same. Loved condo and had beautiful view.cant wait to go back.

Brought back many great memories

I’ve stayed in 607 many times over the last 30 years. Unit bathrooms were not clean on arrival. Umbrella service for renters not satisfactory. Maid walked in at 9:30am on our 10am checkout.

beautiful view and lots to do

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. It was very convenient to everything and right on the beach. The view of the beach and gulf were magnificent. We spent a lot of time on the balcony checking out the scenery and the gulf breezes. We had a great time deep sea fishing, rented a pontoon and ate lots of delicious seafood. The condo was very clean and nice and we had no problems. I would definitely stay again. If I had one complaint it would be that there wasn't a supply of dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc... and wifi? I thought these types of rentals would be supplied with basics.

Towel bar broken in master area. We had to purchase floor detergent to mop the floor upon arrival as our 11 month old grandson immediately had black knees and feet when he first crawled.

Beautiful condo

Just got back from a 7 night vacation in this beautiful condo. Pictures are as shown. Location was beautiful and interior was so beautiful. Problem with the foldout couch but only tried to use it one night so was not a problem to our group. Plenty of dishes, linens, towels, etc. Sliding door out of bedroom was really hard to open, but a little WD-40 would fix that up. Was very pleased with this place and would rent again.
