We have developed guidelines and strictly adhere to the regulations of the Croatian Tourist Board.
Effective immediately, cleaning will be performed exclusively with surface disinfectant on floors, lounge chairs, the pool area, handles, and wherever else necessary.
We provide disinfectant in every apartment.

The pool heating is in operation from the early season (March through June) and from late September through mid-November.
The pool will then be heated to up to 28 Gard.
Unfortunately, Fewo Dirket has also implemented a new policy of not sharing guests’ phone numbers and email addresses with us.

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful, newly renovated, and well-equipped apartments, which are situated in a quiet location and are very well maintained. The apartments are located only about 200 m from the sea, and the nearest pebble and sandy beach is about 800 m away.

In the future, it will be important to call us to make a reservation, as we no longer receive your phone number from Fewo. The center of Medulin is a 10–15-minute walk away (approx. 500 meters).

Parking spaces are, of course, available on the property.

Our large communal pool with a beautiful sunbathing area invites you to relax. In addition, our summer kitchen with a communal grill and seating has been completed next to the pool. The ice cream and beverage vending machine (featuring Bavarian beers—Helles Augustiner and Weißbier) rounds out the amenities.
Also new in the summer kitchen is a large LCD TV for group soccer nights with all the guests (World Cup or European Championship)
Or just for fun :)
For our younger guests, we also have a playground with a slide and a swing!
There’s also a foosball table, a basketball hoop, and a ping-pong table.
You’re welcome to watch soccer games and other events together in the summer kitchen while enjoying a cold beer or other drinks.
A TV is, of course, available.

Or enjoy the sunset on the balconies or terraces, either as a couple or with your family.

The apartments “Residenz Benni 5,” for up to 3 people, and “Residenz Benni 6,” for up to 4 people, are located on the first floor and each has a terrace. Above them, on the 2nd floor, are the Benni 3 apartment, which sleeps up to 5 people, and the Benni 4 apartment, which sleeps up to 6 people; the Benni 7 apartment is on the 1st floor and sleeps up to 6 people.Residences Benni 3, 4, and 7 also have a balcony.
Shared use of the garden is, of course, possible. We’d also be happy to rent you a boat slip and bicycles.
Location: The apartment is located in Medulin, the tourist hub at the southern tip of Istria. The beautiful promenade, with its numerous excellent cafés and restaurants, invites you to feast and enjoy yourself.
The mild Mediterranean climate, the breathtakingly beautiful landscape, and safe wind conditions contribute to making this region one of the most popular destinations for sports enthusiasts and water sports lovers. The unique, one-kilometer-long, gently sloping sandy beach attracts families with young children.
Not far from the beach, the amusement park offers numerous attractions for children of all ages, such as rodeo rides, bumper cars, carousels, slides, trampoline jumping, and much more.
