With high ceilings, elegant interiors, this two-bedroom retreat offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable getaway. Enjoy ski-in, ski-out convenience in winter and direct access to hiking trails, gondolas, sport facilities and much more in summer—making it a true year-round destination.
The space
A space of elegance & comfort.
This penthouse features:
Two beautifully designed bedrooms. One with a large bed, the other with two standard size single beds, and as an extra a smaller pull out single bed, for younger children. Perfect for holidays with family or friends.
The open plan living area boasts high ceilings and expansive windows bathe the space in natural light, leading to a private balcony with panoramic village and mountain views. A cozy fireplace invites you to unwind in warmth and comfort after a day of adventure.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire penthouse, private ski locker in the building and a shared room with washing machine and dryer.
Other things to note
Summer ski teams are not accepted to leave ski's or equipment in the common areas of this building. Nor is it allowed to wax ski's outside of the building.
Guests receive the Saastal Card. Offering multiple benefits, included parking discounts and unlimited free travel of the Cable cars (ski area & metro alpin excluded) and Post Bus in the Saas Valley during summer.
There are additional tourist tax to be paid.

CHF 7.00/3.50 per Adult/Child per night in summer season
