Modern, non-smoking vacation rental in Selb with a separate entrance. The apartment is located on the first floor and, with over 93 square meters of living space, can accommodate up to 4 people. The first bedroom features a box-spring bed (double) and a wall-mounted safe. The second bedroom has two box-spring beds (single) and a smart TV. Portable bed rails for children are provided. The dining room and kitchen are fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, stovetop, dishwasher, a full set of dishes, and a digital radio. The living room, featuring a spacious sofa set, includes a flat-screen smart TV, a Bluetooth soundbar, and a cozy reading nook with seating. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and cosmetic mirror. A separate guest restroom is also available. A large garden with a covered patio, including patio furniture, a grill, and a patio heater, is available for shared use. Storage space for bicycles is also available for shared use. From here, you can start your day hiking or biking in the beautiful Fichtelgebirge mountains, or head to our world-famous porcelain and design city of Selb to snag a bargain or two at our Rosenthal Outlet or the Outlet Center Selb. Whether you’re attending the traditional Heimat- und Wiesenfest, the Porzellinerfest featuring Europe’s largest porcelain flea market, enjoying the medieval sounds of internationally renowned bands, or taking in the antics of the jugglers at Europe’s largest medieval festival, “Festival Mediaval,” Selb is always worth a visit. When the weather is nice, our beautiful Langer Teich “Lago” forest swimming area, located nearby (a 20-minute walk away), with its terrace serving refreshments, invites you to relax. (Admission is free.) Final cleaning, as well as parking and Wi-Fi access, are included in the price. Payment is due upon arrival (cash only). A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the earliest (changes possible upon consultation by phone). Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the latest. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Upon request, we offer a bread roll service (for a small fee) so you can start your day well-fed after breakfast. Wi-Fi (free of charge), bed linens, towels, and dish towels are included in the rental price. For longer stays, linens are changed weekly, with a cleaning service available upon request.
