Our lovingly furnished ground-floor vacation rental offers the following amenities for your stay in the beautiful Fichtelgebirge: 2 rooms + kitchen and bathroom, approx. 45 m², for up to 4 people. The living room features a sleeper sofa with a comfortable 120x200 cm mattress for 1–2 people, a 58" Philips Ambilight satellite and smart TV with built-in Chromecast. To ensure you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go the next day, the bedroom features a high-quality hotel-style box-spring bed (180x200 cm) with pocket-spring mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. To ensure your culinary needs are met, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all standard kitchen appliances and utensils, including a fully automatic coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious 90x120 cm wellness shower featuring a multifunctional shower column (massage shower, rain shower, waterfall, hand-held showerhead, foot shower), a toilet, a sink, a towel dryer, and a hair dryer. An additional guest restroom is available on the floor for general use. Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with free internet (LAN/Wi-Fi). As standard, the rooms are stocked once upon arrival with fresh bed linens, towels, shower mats, shower gel, coffee, and spices, all in quantities corresponding to the number of registered guests. Additional mid-stay cleaning or linen changes are available by arrangement. Payment is made by bank transfer. Check-in is available 24/7 starting at 2:00 p.m. via keyless entry (a temporary code for the front door and RFID cards for the apartments) and can be done contactlessly upon request. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
