Our house is located in the Lothe neighborhood and has two floors. We live on the first floor, and on the second floor we’ve prepared a lovely vacation apartment for you, equipped with every comfort. In the village, you’ll find a bakery and two restaurants. You’ll also find restaurants in Schieder and Schwalenberg, as well as all the local attractions, such as museums, exhibitions, and much more. Lake Schieder, with all its attractions, is just a few minutes away, as is the outdoor pool. Detmold and Höxter are only about 25 minutes away by car.



Waldvogt Vacation Rental:

Beautiful 97 m², 3-room apartment in the attic of a two-family house in the Lothe neighborhood of Schieder-Schwalenberg. Quietly located, about 4 km from the center of Schwalenberg.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and features a 51-square-meter living room/bedroom with a cozy sleeper sofa (90x200 cm) and satellite TV (flat-screen), as well as a separate 19-square-meter bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). A fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4 glass-ceramic stovetop burners, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.) A dining room with an adjoining reading nook by the decorative fireplace and access to one of the two covered balconies (10 m²), which are furnished with a sun lounger and balcony furniture, inviting you to relax. A bathroom with shower, tub, toilet, bidet, and hair dryer. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair. In an additional 6 m² room with sloping ceilings and no windows, a fold-out bed (90 x 200 cm) can be provided upon request.
The entire apartment features underfloor heating.
In the storage room, you’ll find everything you need for your stay (iron, ironing board, washing machine for a fee, freezer, vacuum cleaner, etc.).
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property during your stay.
You can store your bicycles in a lockable garage and charge their batteries there. A free parking space is available for your car right next to the house for the entire duration of your stay.
The beds are made upon arrival, and there are plenty of towels available.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
