Dear Guests, welcome to our apartment. The apartment is situated in a beautiful location with a lovely view of the city skyline and the Adriatic Sea. It features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, and can accommodate 3 people. The highlight of it all is an open balcony where you can truly enjoy and relax in the evening as the sun sets
. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, a radio, and air conditioning. We are available daily to provide our guests with all the information they need about the city and its surroundings. We organize various excursions,
in Dubrovnik and the surrounding area.
There is a grocery store near the apartment.
Free parking is available next to the apartment, and there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity that offers quick connections to all parts of the city. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the city center.
The walk to the beach also takes 15 to 20 minutes.
If you take the bus from the apartment into town, the ride takes 5 minutes.

How to find the apartment, dear guests: If you’re coming from Dubrovnik Airport, drive toward Dubrovnik. When you are near Dubrovnik, you will see a turnoff to Dubrovnik on your right. Continue straight ahead and do not turn right. After about 400 meters, you will see a parking lot on your left, as shown in the listing. You have just arrived at your destination. The apartment’s address is Tivatska No. 6. Dear guests, if you’re coming from the bus station in Dubrovnik, take city bus No. 3 and get off at the MAGISTRALA 2 bus stop. For safety reasons, ask the driver where you need to get off. Dear guests, if you’re coming from Split, drive over the Bay Bridge near Dubrovnik. At the end of the bridge, you’ll see a sign pointing left toward Dubrovnik. Do not turn left toward Dubrovnik; instead, continue straight ahead. After about 800 meters, you’ll see a crosswalk on the right-hand side. There is a parking lot there, as shown in the photo in the ad.
