The light-filled, spacious 3-room vacation apartment on the top floor is located on a separate level and guarantees you undisturbed privacy.
With room for up to 4 adults and 1 toddler, it’s the ideal retreat for couples, families, or friends. Tasteful furnishings and a warm atmosphere create the perfect conditions for relaxation and well-being.
A special highlight is the large, covered southeast-facing balcony—perfect for a sunny breakfast in the morning or a relaxing end to the day amidst a peaceful natural setting. 
The house is situated on a spacious, lovingly designed property with well-maintained outdoor areas and a courtyard, where a separate, idyllic outdoor seating area under grapevines invites you to linger, daydream, and enjoy the moment.
A free parking space and a lockable room for bicycles are available to you.

Welcome to the Rosengarten Vacation Rental—your temporary home away from home. Spanning 88 m², this bright, spacious apartment on a separate floor perfectly combines comfort, tranquility, and high-quality amenities.
The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area (35 m²). Large double-wing glass doors lead out to the covered southeast-facing balcony (18 m²) with seating, lounge chairs, and a parasol—ideal for a relaxed breakfast or balmy evenings outdoors. 
The living area invites you to linger with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, reading chair, flat-screen TV, and a selection of books and games. The adjacent dining area seats up to 4 people; a high chair can be provided upon request. 
The fully equipped kitchen leaves almost nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster ensure that you can easily prepare your own meals. Cookware, tableware, and a basic selection of spices are, of course, provided.
The natural-light bathroom (7 m²) features a bathtub, shower, modern bathroom furniture, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, hand soap, and a toilet. 
The sleeping area is divided into two separate bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (21 m²) with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), nightstands, a large wardrobe with a mirror, and a chaise longue 
- Bedroom 2 (17 m²) with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), nightstands, a three-door closet, a dresser, and a large mirror

A crib and changing pad are available upon request. 
In the entryway (8 m²), a coat rack, bench, and large mirror round out the high-quality furnishings.
Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are included in the price per person per stay. 
A special bonus: the idyllic courtyard garden with a cozy outdoor seating area under grapevines—a wonderful place to relax.
