Experience sublime island living in this unique near beach condo on the pristine shores of Sanibel Island. Located within one of the most highly sought after communities on Sanibel Island and packed with great amenities, Loggerhead Cay 363 features a sun drenched open-concept floor plan, fully equipped chef's kitchen, and a stunning view of the beautiful grounds and beach beyond them. With resort grade amenities including tennis, Olympic sized swimming pool, shuffleboard, community grills, and a fantastic location with easy on/off island access, Loggerhead Cay 363 is an excellent choice for your next vacation!
The Space:
Featuring two spacious bedrooms, two upgraded bathrooms, an expansive lanai with ample seating space for up to six, and a renovated full kitchen this residence is sure to please even the most discerning of guests. Additionally, guests of Loggerhead 363 find that this particular residence is very well suited for families with children, accommodating them especially well with the two twin beds in the guest bedroom and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit is incredibly bright and spacious and comfortably sleeps up to six people. The primary bathroom offers a king size bed and en-suite private bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with a bathroom located in the hallway outside the bedroom with a single vanity and walk in shower. The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has TV, and the main living area has a large smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for making full meals during your stay. Other offerings include high-speed wireless internet, beach equipment for your use including chairs and beach umbrella, and in unit washer and dryer.
Loggerhead 363 is located in the middle of the 3 building on the 3rd floor, directly overlooking the beautifully manicured grounds and beach beyond it. Guests will find that this location is more private and less crowded than the adjacent buildings, as there is far less foot traffic coming to and from the beach in the direct proximity of the building. It also happens to be located adjacent to the tennis courts, providing guests easy on off access to the courts.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire Loggerhead complex and all amenities, as well as the Loggerhead 363 unit itself.
The Neighborhood:
Loggerhead Cay is located on the highly desirable East End of Sanibel Island, adjacent to beaches, shopping, and restaurants but most importantly providing guests with easy on/off access to the causeway via Lindgren Blvd., just a few hundred feet from the entrance to the Loggerhead Cay association.
Getting Around:
We recommend rental bikes or car for getting around the island, as most restaurants, shopping, and activities are located more than one mile away from Loggerhead Cay.
Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. E-Bikes are not allowed on property.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire in order to afford them a relaxing and tranquil vacation.
