Accommodation description:
The detached holiday home is located right on the road towards the famous Sölden ski area. Almost all bedrooms have access to a balcony, allowing you to start your days relaxed with a cup of tea and views of the magical mountain landscape. Ski gear can be stored in the storage room with ski boot dryer, and the large living room is particularly suitable for socialising. This is where the best memories are made!

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Längenfeld/Huben, just 9 km from the ski area. The village centre is about 500 m on foot and the ski bus stops 400 m from the house. The ski bus takes you comfortably to the nearby ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl. The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house.

In summer, explore the region via the beautiful hiking trails that wind along green valleys and imposing mountain peaks. The spa town of Längenfeld is practically on your doorstep. Other recommendations in Ötztal include climbing, rafting, canyoning and a visit to Austria's largest adventure park, Area 47.

Specifics: Bed linen is provided by the owner, but beds must be made on arrival and collected on departure

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
