Located on the road towards the Sölden ski area, it features comfortable interiors, a storage room with ski boot dryer and a well-equipped kitchen with dining room. Ideal for socialising. Just about all bedrooms offer access to a balcony. This is where you will take the most beautiful holiday photos!

The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Längenfeld/Huben, just 9 km from the ski area. The village centre is about 500 m on foot and the ski bus stops 400 m from the house. The ski bus takes you comfortably to the nearby ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl. The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house.

In summer, explore the region via the beautiful hiking trails that wind along green valleys and imposing mountain peaks. The spa town of Längenfeld is practically on your doorstep. Other recommendations in Ötztal include climbing, rafting, canyoning and a visit to Austria's largest adventure park, Area 47.

Specifics: Bed linen is provided by the owner, but beds must be made on arrival and collected on departure
