On-site costs: The 90 m² ground-floor apartment costs a flat rate of 185.00 € for the first 2 nights for 2 people. Each additional night is 75.00 €, and each additional person is 10.00 €. The 50 m² attic apartment costs a flat rate of €125.00 for the first 2 nights for 2 people, and €45.00 for each additional night. Prices include final cleaning, bed linens, and towels. A local tourist tax of €0.60 per night is payable on site (children €0.30).
