This nicely appointed, Ski-in, Ski-out 1550 square foot TOP FLOOR, 2 level condominium is located on the Four O'Clock Run and is across the street from the Snowflake Lift. Only 3 blocks from historic Main Street, this 4 Bedroom, 3 bath unit is perfect for your ski holiday! Best location with fabulous views! 3 Hot tubs (2 indoor (only open in ski season and 1 large outdoor)
The space
Tyra II enjoys a premier location across the street from the Snowflake Chairlift and ski-in/ski-out access from the Four O'Clock Ski Run. Guests enjoy the thrill of skiing into their condo. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain bike trails are at your fingertips. Additional amenities include a common Clubhouse with two indoor hot tubs and one outdoor hot tub.
The property has a private balcony and lots of added living space. This roomy 4 Bedroom unit has room for the entire family with 1,550 square feet of living area over two levels and a true ski-in/ski-out location. The unit includes a private washer/dryer, gas fireplace and balcony with views of the ski run. Bedding includes a Queen bed in the Master with newly remodeled (Summer 2024) en-suite bathroom, 2 Twins in the 2nd bedroom, 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom and 2 twins in the 4th bedroom with newly remodeled en suite bathroom. This unit has parking for two vehicles.
**Indoor hot tubs closed from May-October**
**Ski-in/Ski-out conditions are dependent on Mother nature. Early/Late ski conditions vary from year to year and are not guaranteed**
** Guests physical ability, skiing ability/level is the responsibility of the guest to determine***
**additional supplies such as coffee, paper products and other Toiletries are not supplied regularly for long stays. We leave a starter set of toiletries and supplies for all stays.

We do not provide extra supplies and toiletries for long term stays. The property offers starter amenities/supplies. Additional items like coffee, creamer, sugar, paper products and toiletries are not provided.
