The Space:

3 beds + sofa, cable TV in the living room (Smart TV in each bedroom), 3 bathrooms (1 upstairs next to the rooftop terrace). Air conditioning in all rooms, comfortable beds with hotel-quality linens. Towels (beach towels too!).



Apartment access is via an app, so please ensure your phone is fully charged at all times. If you lose your phone or it runs out of battery, building staff may be able to assist you in the meantime.



To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit including toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.

We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.



For your convenience, linens and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



If you require the use of the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so that we can provide the necessary bedding. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.

Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff. There's an elevator in the facilities.



The Neighborhood:

We're in a quiet, residential area, right next to the police station. Also, super close to the beach (just 200 meters from public beach access and beach clubs)



Getting Around:

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Salento, The Pitted Date (vegan), Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola, and La Vagabunda. There’s also a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away.

Travel cot available: advance request required.



We offer travel cots for $15 USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after submitting your request. Contact us in advance to reserve a crib for your child.



For short stays, we include 15 kWh per day. If usage exceeds this amount, we will charge $4 MXN per kWh. For reservations of 28 days or more, electricity consumption will be billed separately at $3 MXN per kWh.



For reservations longer than 7 days, a mandatory weekly cleaning fee will be charged to ensure the proper care of our linens and towels.



The dishwasher is currently out of service and has been removed from the list.



From April 20th to 23rd, improvement work will be carried out on the rooftop (rest area near the gym), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some minor noise disturbances may occur initially.
