Luxury Villas Privadas

Esta belleza arquitectónica diseñada a medida ofrece cuatro dormitorios y cuatro baños. El dormitorio principal está completamente amueblada con una cama de matrimonio y un amplio baño. También tenemos un segundo dormitorio principal disponible en la parte superior de la piscina, que tiene vistas absolutamente impresionantes del océano.

La tercera habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio y la cuarta habitación de la casa tiene dos camas individuales, lo que es un lugar de vacaciones ideal para grupos de amigos y familias con niños.

También tenemos una cama de matrimonio disponibles que podemos cambiar a cabo por el doble cama sencilla configuración. Además si necesita una cama doble en cualquiera de las habitaciones, estaremos encantados de colocar en cualquier lugar que desee.

El amplio salón con vistas panorámicas se abre a un estado de la técnica, cocina totalmente equipada y comedor. Además tenemos una hermosa piscina de natación para que todos disfruten.

Ofrecemos servicios de chef de la casa, servidores de cóctel y los servicios de limpieza para ayudarle a instalarse y disfrutar de la comodidad de su chalet de lujo. Estos servicios tienen una tarifa adicional, excepto los servicios de limpieza gratuitos que ofrecemos a diario, excepto los domingos y días festivos nacionales.

Tenemos una variedad de 'juguetes' disponibles para alquilar a nuestros invitados, entre ellos, quads, tablas de surf, kayaks de mar, cañas de pescar y muchos más.

La villa se encuentra a unos 200 metros andando de la playa justo debajo de la casa, el principal spot de pavones es 0,8 millas de la casa y Punta Banco, que es uno de nuestros más pintorescas playas, es de 1. 5 millas de la villa .

We brought four adult children to surf and explore Pavonnes. The house was amazing! Views were spectacular! James the manager was super friendly, attentive and helpful. Great place to take adult children! The town was so fun to explore!

Beautiful location, amazing house

The property is beautiful. Nice views, clean, and well kept. Gustavo connected us with a local guide to arrange activities during our stay.My only concern was the lack of communication with the host. We asked a few questions about travel logistics with no response, no check-in instructions, and during our stay we asked about WiFi and never received a response.we were able to solve independently, but it was somewhat frustrating to fail to communicate.

Incredible Propeerty and Very Friendly Property Manager

This home is the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. I build homes for a living and this is one of the most impressive homes I have ever come across. The property manager was very friendly and even brought me coffee in the morning. I can't see how anyone could be disappointed with a stay at this property.

Amazing View and Property!!

Great way to end our 3 week vacation!! We've traveled all over Costa Rica over the past 5 years staying at many different houses. Pura Vista Eco Villas ranks in the top of all the homes we have stayed at. From the layout of the house to the beautiful property and the jaw dropping view. What put it over the top and really made this property stand out was Gustavo (the property manager). He went out of his way to help right from the first time we connected to rent the house to the last day. Be sure to ask Gustavo for places to eat, surf, explore and chill. Pavones is a great place to unwind!! Added mention, the internet connection at the house was the BEST we have had at any rental. This made connecting with work quick and easy!! Thanks to Gustavo, Santos and Jenny for making our staying in Pavones amazing!!

AMAZING!

This was our 5th visit to Costa Rica and our first trip to Pavones, we were swept off our feet! Pura Vista is even more spectacular in person, it is inviting, elegant and comfortable all at once. The house was way more than enough for our party of 2 couples.The layout allows for the perfect blend of socialization and privacy. Gustavo is a lovely and gracious host, we all wanted him to be our new best friend : ) He arranged some great trips for us- fishing/boating, surf lessons (Manuel is the best!), horseback riding, and a nature walk which was just enough to give us something new to do everyday but still left plenty of time to enjoy the beach and the house at our leisure. Yeni the house keeper was fantastic, she offered homemade coconut oil for sale which we snapped up and doused ourselves with everyday, what a treat. And Santos (the caretaker) we can't say enough about him! He brought us fresh fruit cut from the property everyday, made sure we saw the monkeys when they eluded us, and even taught us how to open our own coconuts. If you are thinking of staying here don't hesitate. This area is truly special and the house couldn't be better. Yes it's way down there, but that's what makes it so great. In Pavones you have the spectacular beaches all to yourself and at Pura Vista you enjoy a sunset dreams are made of. Every Single. Day. The worst part is, you will NOT want to leave.

A Memorable Trip!

There is so much to share about Pura Vista! We were a family of 7 with grandparents in tow. First off, Gustavo was such a pleasure to meet and was most helpful. He is knowledgeable about the area and had some good tips. My husband was able to surf with him a few times and he hooked my daughter up with some surf lessons. She loved it! The beach is just down the hill and is easily accessible if you have a car. You will need a 4x4 to access the property. As for the property, Pura Vista describes it all! You have the incredible oceanview on on side of the property and the jungle on the the other...the best of both worlds. You are surrounded by nature's beauty. The howler monkeys let out their deep groans and the birds make their daily calls and appearances. We specifically heard the call of the toucans as they sat in the trees near the front of the house. The villa is exactly as described, but more beautiful in person. The exquisite architecture allows you to open up the indoors to the outdoors with all the glass and huge sliding doors. Each room is spacious and has a patio to lounge. The air-conditioned rooms were also a bonus. You can really did not have to leave the property as the home was the perfect place to just relax. The kitchen was well-appointed. We cooked many meals. You can buy freshly caught fish and there is a small nearby market to stock up. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a small Italian restaurant down the hill. Gustavo also has some good recommendations for local eats. The pool was so refreshing and my girls swam in it everyday. In addition, there is a yoga platform with a view. My daughters led us through yoga and meditation exercises and it as the perfect studio. We enjoyed every minute and wish we had more time to spend at Pura Vista. Our plan is to return. Don't think twice about making a visit to Pavones and staying there. You will be well taken care of during your stay. Thank you again to Gustavo, Santos and Jinny for making our stay stellar!

There is so much to share about this private, secluded Pura Vista home. We were a family of 7 which included older grandparents. First, our host Gustavo was such a pleasure. My husband surfed several times with him and he was most helpful in sharing information about the area and meeting all of our needs. My daughter also took some surf lessons. She loved it! The beach is easily accessible and it is best to have a 4x4 to get to the villa. Santos and Jinny were also wonderful caretakers. As for the property, the house was exactly as described, but even more beautiful in person. Pura Vista really describes it all! There was plenty of space for our family and the air conditioned rooms were a bonus. The architecture really is exquisite. You get the experience of opening up the indoors to the outdoors with the large glass sliders and all the glass in the rooms. Every room has its own sitting area to lounge. The house is situated where you get the best of both worlds...jungle on one side and the impressive oceanview on the other! We heard the howler monkeys and always heard a variety of birds throughout the day. The toucans made their daily calls and appearances. Yes, you are surrounded by nature. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen. You can buy fresh fish in town and there is a small grocery store to get your basics. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a cute little Italian restaurant at the bottom of the hill. There are also other good eats in town. The house was so comfortable you could really enjoy it all day long without having to leave. My girls love the refreshing pool, and it was the perfect size for all of us to swim. Also, there is a yoga platform just beside the house. My daughters led us in yoga exercises and meditation there. It was so relaxing. You also benefit from the incredible view from up there too! We had such a memorable trip and wish we had more time to spend there. We will surely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering a stay in Pavones. Again thanks to Gustavo for being super helpful. You truly made the experience stellar!

An absolute dream!

Beautiful property, amazing views, and exceptional people! Everything was perfect. Gustavo took care of all of our booking requests involving the house, groceries, recreational activities, and transportation needs. Communication was a breeze. Jeffrey was on top of any questions or maintenance needs we had regarding the house. The housekeeper, Jenny, was so sweet and made sure we had a clean space to enjoy each day and cared for all our laundry needs. And last but not least, Herman and Doris provided our group the most flavorful and delicious meals each day. That may have been the highlight of our trip. Stay here and you will be so happy you did!

Ultimate Costa Rica experience

Our adult family of 7 really enjoyed our stay in Pavones. The house is incredible with extensive grounds to explore, wildlife at every turn and hosts that were so available and helpful to direct our questions. We had a superb chef that really introduced us to delicious Costa Rican cuisine every day of our stay. The waves were at their best during our time, but returning to our comfortable house and gorgeous swimming pool was over the top! We highly recommend this luxurious house and we will return again although it will be hard to repeat this ultimate experience! Thank you Gustavo, Jeffrey and all!

An Unbelievable Experience...

We arrived at this wonderful house right in the middle of the Covid-19 lockdown in Costa Rica. All the beaches and national parks were closed and there were vehicle restrictions so some days you couldn’t drive at all. Without advice or a tour manager, being stuck in a foreign country was somewhat concerning. Nonetheless from the moment we arrived and met Gustavo we felt completely welcomed and reassured. Despite the lockdown, staying in this house was a most delightful experience. First and foremost, Gustavo is a very special man and the perfect house manager. He couldn’t be more helpful. No matter what our question or request he responded happily and without hesitation. From sorting out car rental issues, getting a puncture fixed, and sourcing organic chickens and fish - he was a star and a solid rock for insecure foreigners! Everyone at the house was so obliging. Jeffrey and his assistants were very kind and discreet - making sure we are given our privacy while the grounds and the pool were maintained - and we loved the freshly opened coconuts he brought us from the garden. Jenny who cleans and cares for the house is charming and couldn’t be more helpful. The house’s situation up on a hill within the jungle environment, overlooking the sea, (but within walking distance to the beach) is just spectacular. To wake up to the sunrise and watch the wildlife in the beautiful verdant jungle setting is a privilege. And then to watch the sunset over the sea while sipping drinks in the garden under the arms of the magical Balsa Wood Tree is quite enchanting. The house is architecturally beautiful. The inside outside living space with its flexible seating areas has been well designed and beautifully exploits every aspect of the setting whether it rains or shines. As a result it provides for a lovely, comfortable stay with everything you need within a gorgeous, natural and rustic environment. A fantastic experience! A big thanks to Gustavo, his delightful partner Adriana, and the team for all their kind attention and assistance during a very surreal time in Costa Rica.

Could be improve

In general house need a good maintaince . Kitchen very hold and damages, utensily not good and old. All dish and glass in plastic. When we arrived the mosquito Net of the kitchen all broken . Towels for bath and pool spotted and old. Wooden wardrobe need maintanance and paint. Generally not well clean. Only 2 sun bed available . In general not satisfy for what we pay.

Amazing Property ...Amazing Property management!

Just got back from bringing my entire staff to Pavones for a well earned company retreat. This home was as advertised...absolutely beautiful, comfy and functional inside for all of us (11). The vistas from the home is exceptional and the wild life around us was certainly an added bonus. There is a tree that seems to be the gathering place for toucans each sunset, we had "titi" monkeys just steps away in the trees, Macaws flying overhead...and to top it all off it was whale season so it was common to see whales breaching out of the water! What made the stay just that much better was the local manager on site...Gustavo and his lady friend Adrianna were so very helpful, friendly, and inviting. There were there to help us arrange all activities, take us to some local surf spots to surf, and was able to arrange 2 fishing boats on a last seconds notice. To me these two lovely people made the experience that much better. I mentioned to them I will be coming back to stay but ONLY if they are the managers !!! I highly recommend this rental property for large or multiple families !!

Incredible house and location. Exactly as advertised. Wonderful get away from it all

We had a large group of family (that stayed at this incredible property in the Pavones, Costa Rica 6/30-7/9 . Main house holds 10, and we rented the bird house (secondary property about 40 yards down hill from the main house) that holds 3 people. 1. Location. It was incredible to be on top of a roughly 200 foot cliff, overlooking the ocean in the distance, with about 1/3 of a mile of jungle below us running out to the shoreline. We brought a drone and shot video that Gustavo will post online. 2. Animals and birds. While sitting on the deck chairs or hanging out in the pool we watched monkeys, toucans, parakeets, vultures, and even a sloth - all roughly 25 - 75 yards away from the house. 3. House. All of the rooms were great, and if you are the main renter, highly recommend you take the separate bedroom that sits up on the hill over looking the pool. It has the best views of the ocean on the property. You walk up some stairs from the pool to get into it. The house also has good Internet, you can also watch Netflix. 4. Birdhouse. Really nice. One week rental at the birdhouse is roughly the same price as one day rental of the main house, so it is a great value. Downside is no hot water in the birdhouse. So you have to shower in the main house. 5. Staff. Gustavo, Jenny, and Santos are fantastic. Gustavo knows the area incredibly well, is friends with the investor that built the house. He took care of everything: arranging horseback rides, eco jungle walking trip, ATVs, taking our family out surfing, etc. Of course we gave him a good tip when we left (figure $50 a day to be fair to him)). Jenny, who did the house cleaning every day did a great job and we also paid her to do our laundry for us (a nominal fee). Santos is the on property maintenance man, his small house is across from the birdhouse. Everyone in the family loved him - and he is great at killing bugs you don't want to deal with. Tipped Jenny $120 and Santos $100 for the week. Surfing - Simply incredible. Long breaks, not too heavy. But the beaches are not as pretty - dark sand, rocks -as some spots in Costa Rica. Cautions Driveway - You need a 4 wheel drive. It is VERY steep. Passenger vans are a no go Bugs - It's the jungle. Spiders, frogs and crabs. They can get in the house. Santos will take care of them. Groceries - Two small stores in Pavones are expensive. Bakery is great though. Arrival Meal - We paid $15/pp for a cook to make dinner. Just OK

Beautiful!

This was one of our favorite vacations! We planned this trip last minute- with less than a week to set everything up- and Gustavo was hands down the most helpful gracious guest/house manager! The house is in the most beautiful location. It’s nestled up on a hillside with jungle all around with the most gorgeous view of the ocean. We loved seeing and experiencing all the wildlife right at the house! Pavones is definitely a hidden gem.

We brought our family of nine here for spring break. I can’t say enough about the beauty of this home. You are truly in the jungle with all the sounds and sights. The sunsets will blow you away as you are perched on top of a hill overlooking the ocean with the infinity pool. The house is amazing. It has plenty of room and sleeping space for a large group or family. It was just an adventure like no other we have been on. This is not a huge town with tourist. It is remote. Gustavo made it easy on instructions of what our options of transportation would work best. We had a driver bring us in and then had our rental car delivered to the house. It was a very long drive but also very scenic and we saw a lot of Costa Rica that way. A 4x4 is a must as the roads are not paved. I also brought a suitcase full of snacks.. they have a few grocery stores in town,, and a few restaurants. It may not be what you are used to but it was part of the adventure. One more thing is it is very safe. Santos is the Care taker of the house. He lives in a separate little casita at the entry point. He is great at taking care of any problems with the home. We loved Santos! I could go on and on but you will have to experience it yourself. Thank you Gustavo for everything!

What an amazing house with top notch service

Just got back from staying here for almost 2 weeks and had an amazing time. The layout of the house is perfect and the location is second to none in the Pavones area. Gustavo set us up with everything we needed and the help at the house was the best. I will definitely be going back soon. Best spot I have been to in Costa Rica. Thank you guys for everything.
