Ocean View 6th Floor Condo at Daytona Beach Shores

Unwind at our beachfront, ocean-view studio condo. This tranquil condo offers a pleasant space where guests can unwind after a day at the beach. Spacious, clean and completely remodeled with new kitchenette and new bath with walk-in shower. Have your coffee out on the balcony and watch the sunrise.

Outside of the unit, there is a shared recreational room, laundry room, gym, lobby and pool area. Diner is just next door and open for breakfast and lunch.

Recreational room hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. A 60" flat screen tv and an assortment of board games are available.

Gym is available 24 hours.

If you wish to do any laundry, the laundry room has coin operated laundry machines available for use. If you do use, please do not leave your laundry unattended for extended periods of time. Please note that you are responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Pool hours are open from dawn to dust. There are no lifeguards on duty, so please be aware that you'll be swimming at your own risk.

You will have private use of the condo. There is a shared recreational room, gym, lobby and pool area. Diner is open for breakfast and lunch.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $150 cleaning fee
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement and will be subjected to a $150 cleaning fee
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying. Must be over the age of 21+ to book as per HOA policy of location.

CHECK IN: Arrive and check-in as a guest at the front desk between 3pm-5pm. Receptionist will provide a free daily parking pass. MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 5PM! Receptionist work hours ends at 5PM, and guests without building key will be locked out.

CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used, return keys and beach chairs if used, place the dirty linens and towels (if used) in the laundry hamper, and dispose your trash in bins. Thank you!
