Steps from cafés, restaurants, shops, wellness studios, and Abbot Kinney, with Whole Foods four blocks north and the beach five blocks west.
This thoughtfully updated home blends historic charm with modern comfort. The living area features original hardwood floors, a cozy seating area, and bright natural light from the bay windows. The living room also features a queen pull-out bed for 2 additional guests.
The remodeled kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and everything needed to cook at home. A welcoming dining space is perfect for morning coffee or working remotely.
The bedroom is quiet and peaceful, with a comfortable bed, quality linens, and ample closet space. The bathroom mixes classic details with modern updates and includes a tub-shower combination along with hotel-style amenities.
Your private front yard is a rare luxury in Venice. Enjoy a glass of wine outdoors in the evening or relax with a book in the sun. The space feels tucked away yet connected to everything around you.
The home also includes in-unit laundry, updated HVAC, and ample street parking.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking.
