Ocean View Santa Mónica Canyon Inicio -Paseo a la playa.

Fantástico top árbol y al mar de aguas blancas vistas son suyos para pedir. Nuestra casa de la familia 2 nivel se encuentra ubicado en el exclusivo Mónica Cañón de Santa conocido su tranquilidad y la flora y fauna fabulosas sólo un corto paseo hasta el Océano Pacífico. A pocos minutos del centro de Santa Mónica con increíble, tiendas, mercados de agricultores, teatros, restaurantes, y el muelle. Esta encantadora casa es perfecta para el entretenimiento con una sensación de flujo abierto y mucha luz natural, pisos de madera y una brisa fresca del océano que mantiene la temperatura confortable durante todo el año. Hay cuatro árboles de Redwood en la propiedad y una enorme terraza que está amueblada con mesas y sillas para comer al aire libre, así como sillones para relajarse bajo el sol.
Cada habitación cuenta con puertas francesas que se abren hacia al jardín o terraza con vistas del cañón y al océano. Cerca de 5 casas de distancia en cualquier dirección son pasos ocultos que conducen hacia la playa (5 minutos a pie) y maravillosos restaurantes locales. El otro conjunto conduce hasta un nivel más hacia Rustic Canyon Park, que cuenta con un parque infantil con sombra, canchas de tenis, baloncesto, béisbol y una piscina local.
La cocina de estilo rústico de esta cocinera está totalmente equipada para el entretenimiento con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora, más gas chimeneas de combustión, tanto en la sala principal y sala de estar.
Esta es una casa muy amigable niño con una casa del árbol en el jardín. Utilidades, TV satelital con DVR y canales de películas principales, estéreo, conexión Sonos, WiFi de 300 mb, barbacoa de gas y estacionamiento en garaje para un vehículo (sedanes y SUV de tamaño promedio). Como solo alquilamos de 4 a 5 meses del año, no me gusta hacer la reserva automática. Me gusta chatear con potenciales inquilinos directamente antes de todas las reservas, ya sea por teléfono o por correo electrónico. Tenga en cuenta que esto no es una casa de fiesta. No se permiten fiestas. Es un barrio residencial muy tranquilo.

Perfect place to stay.

Great house. Tons of room for our family. Back deck had views of the ocean and Rustic Canyon. Great location for exploring. Less than a 2 mile run to will rogers state park or 5 minutes to the beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood and excellent host

My family and I had a great time in Santa Monica celebrating Thanksgiving at this home. The home is beautifully maintained and very cozy. Our grandkids loved the games, the adults loved being together in the living room and the deck. All of us enjoy walking and the home is in a very walkable neighborhood and close to the beach. Our hostess was easy to reach and provides lots of information about the area. I highly recommend this property.

An amazing home in rustic canyon!

We LOVED our stay in this warm and charming house in rustic canyon with ocean views from the deck and incredible breezes through the open doors! Our host Bader was so thoughtful in what is provided in the house and in enabling us to check in earlier and leave later if that was helpful. The location enabled us to not drive as much as We just walked to the beach. Would love to stay there again when we are in town.

Wonderful atmosphere in and out

Beautiful property, exactly as portrayed on VRBO site. Fully equipped for cooking. Host went well above and beyond by retrieving a piece of jewelry we left behind and making arrangements to return it. Bed linens were wonderful .

Charming home convenient to the Palisades and Malibu

My husband and I stayed here for five nights while visiting family in Westwood. The neighborhood is quiet, yet convenient to PCH and other main streets. The house was very clean; kitchen well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The host responds quickly to any question. We will definitely book this location again.

Magical stay in Santa Monica

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this property for a week. The property was immaculately presented, all variables had been thought of. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. Location-wise this was exactly what we wanted as we planned to spend most of our time in the Santa Monica area and the coast. It was very easy to access the coastal routes as well as the Blvds leading to Hollywood/Beverly Hills and the Getty Center.

Perfect Santa Monica experience

This is a charming house, spotless, comfortable, well-outfitted with a gorgeous deck, view of the ocean, surrounded by birds and trees. The location is great: 7 minute walk to Ocean Blvd overlooking the ocean or about 10 minutes to walk right on the beach. There are restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, shopping--everything you need nearby. It made me wish I lived there. We had two sets of houseguests--a couple and then our family. There was plenty of room, and everyone loved it. Bader, our host, could not have been more attentive. The house already had everything we needed, but she was quick to answer any questions and was always attentive. Great experience all around.

Seaside comfort in LA

This beautiful, eclectic home is located in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the ocean. The home was easy to access and a great base for our vacation. The home is very well appointed with dish ware and cooking utensils. Bader was great to communicate with and very responsive. Traveling with two young kids, I found that the hilly neighborhood was a bit of a challenge for scooters and strollers. We had to go the long route most of the time as the stairs were not easy to navigate with a stroller. But, this comes with the extreme positive of great canyon views of the ocean. This property was a great base for our trip and Bader was great to provide family-friendly recommendations for me and my kiddos.

A Perfect Stay

This is a beautiful and comfortable home with an amazing ocean view and wonderful deck/patio spaces. We loved that it was so relaxing and quiet but also walking distance to a nice shopping/restaurant area and to the beach. The host makes everything very easy! It was hard to leave and we hope to return.

Staying at a home away from home

Truly a great place to stay, short walk to the beach and local spots, easy for Ubers etc to find, central to many things in between Santa Monica, Hollywood/BH, and Malibu, and very relaxing. Host was very communicative and no issues with check in and out process. House felt like staying at a friends, immaculate views and a beautiful garden for a peaceful experience.

Great home in fantastic location

My family and I stayed at Bedar’a place during a recent visit to Santa Monica and it was superb. Great spacious clean home in the Santa Monica canyons, sits up on a hill with views of the beach and ocean. Easy walking access to beach. We spent a good amount of time just enjoying the deck area. Great overall experience with easy check in, well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, nice furniture and appliances. Just really top notch all around.

“Humming bird haven”

My family & I stayed at Bader’s lovely home & enjoyed her beautiful landscaping & gardens & watching all the humming birds while we sat on the porch drinking our coffee. It felt so remote, yet so close to everything & a short walk to the beach. Very clean & lots of accommodations. We had a wonderful time!

I can’t fully express how we loved every last inch of the house, the gardens, the view and the neighborhood. In the Morning when I’d have coffee on the deck if see hummingbirds. At night while i watched the stars come out I’d see an owl. The house is solid and decorated on a way that you feel right at home. The host was attentive and checked in frequently, nothing went wrong while we were there. Everything is fully stocked to cook, just go to the Ralph’s up the hill in the Pacific Palisades and get what your family needs and you’ll start to imagine that you’re lucky enough to live there. I hope to return several more times in the future.

Great, confortable house in a great location

This was our first longer-term house rental so we were nervous about it, but everything about this experience was first-rate. The location is very well-suited for anyone looking to concentrate on the West Side-Santa Monica part of L.A. Avid walkers, we loved the house's relative proximity to the beach and to Santa Monica's Palisades Park. As for the house itself - it was very bright, inviting and comfortable, with a well-furnished kitchen, attractive and comfortable bedrooms and living spaces, and roomy deck spaces (unfortunately we visited during an uncharacteristically cool and wet winter, so could not take advantage of the decks as often as we'd have liked. We took full advantage of the fireplaces, though). The house easily accommodated the two of us, along with a few visitors who passed through during our one-month stay. A one-car attached garage took care of us, but on-street parking is pretty limited so visitors typically had to park a half-block or so away. The owner was very friendly and responsive, both before our stay (answering questions, giving advice on local matters), and while we were there, even coming over quickly once when a power outage hit, followed by immediately ordering and sending over an emergency lantern in case it happened again. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks, Bader!

Couldn't be better

We had a great time at Bader's house. Everything exactly as described, awesome location, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and I could go on and on. So many great things to mention about this property. This house doesn't feel like a rental, but truly as a home away from home. I highly recommend staying at Bader's house in the Santa Monica Canyon. We certainly will do so again.

Feels like home but better.

We are extremely fortunate to live in such an ideal location next to the beach. I spend a lot of my free time playing tennis, beach volleyball, and entertaining in my home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When I first discovered Santa Monica Canyon I knew that I could live here forever. It is a small and friendly community Surrounded by greenery with hidden steps and various levels of the small canyon to explore. It is completely unlike any other area in Los Angeles. It feels very remote tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet downtown Santa Monica and Venice are minutes away and downtown L.A.and Hollywood and all the city has to offer is within a hours drive. Truly the best of both worlds!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

On certain days one can hear the sound of waves breaking as they roll up the canyon. Other unique benefits are the tropical parrots singing in my trees and as well as hawks soaring above. I love that we can walk to the beach and great restaurants and pubs and have such easy access to some of the best hikes in the area. Santa Monica has a fantastic bus system for those who don't have access to a car or use Uber or Lift.
