This charming vacation home, approximately 95 m² in size and accommodating up to 4 people, is located in a quiet area right near the beach. "Am Sandwall Ost" offers a cozy living and dining room with a view and access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor. A staircase (with a low step) leads down to the lower level. There you’ll find three double bedrooms (bed sizes: 120x200 cm, 140x200 cm, 160x200 cm), a modern shower room, and a wellness area including a sauna. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful south-facing terrace with its beach chair (in season). The vacation home has Wi-Fi and an assigned parking space. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The washing machine is located in the garage. During the winter months, its use may be limited, as the water supply to the garage must be shut off in case of frost.
