Cozy, non-smoking 3-bedroom vacation semi-detached house in a country-style design (approx. 80 sqm) with a west-facing terrace (seasonal beach chair available from approx. April 1 – October 15) and garden furniture with cushions) for up to 4 people.
From the entryway, you enter the tiled living room (with access to the west-facing terrace) featuring a kitchenette.
The living room is equipped with a two-seater sofa bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), an armchair, a dining area, a phone with a flat-rate plan for calls to German landlines (cell phone numbers blocked), Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, and a kitchenette.
The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The first spacious bedroom (vinyl flooring) has a comfortable double bed (single mattresses 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a stylish bathroom with a tub and toilet on the top floor.
The second bedroom (tile flooring) features a comfortable double bed (single mattresses, 0.90 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a washing machine in the basement.

If you bring a pet, the daily rate increases by €5.00 per pet, plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €40.00 per pet in addition to the standard final cleaning fee.
