Welcome to Perdido Skye 75, a cozy and comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 7th floor that sleeps up to six guests. This inviting Gulf front retreat offers beautiful views and a relaxing coastal atmosphere, perfect for a beach getaway.

The living room features a sofa sleeper and access to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf, creating the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, along with a dining table for shared dining.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, providing a restful space to unwind. Additional sleeping arrangements include twin over twin bunk beds conveniently located in the hallway. The full bathroom features a shower and tub combination and is easily accessible from the main living areas.

For added convenience, the unit also includes an in unit washer and dryer.

There were severely things needing fixed. There are no workers there to assist with anything. No parking pass was provided. If the maintenance is updated it would be a nice place to stay.

Items like WiFi, parking pass and the kitchen cleaning supplies were not left. The bathroom smelled so strongly of stale urine that it was hard to tolerate. I asked them to bring missing things and clean the bathroom. They came to leave a parking g pass but the smell was unimproved. There were responses but the follow through seemed lacking. The rest of the place needed a deep clean also. It felt generally uncared for. The tvs do not have access to streaming. It wasn’t a huge issue because we didn’t come to watch tv but if it rained we would have struggled for entertainment. The balcony and access to the beach were too notch but I would not stay at a place managed by this company again.
