Blocks from the Park Place Mall, a 15 minute drive to downtown and the U of A, close to hiking, dining, and shopping, and a quick drive to desert trails, the Rillito River Path ("the loop" bike trail) and scenic mountain views.

WE HAVE VERY FEW RULES HERE AND RELY ON OUR GUESTS GOOD JUDGMENT, BUT PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR RULES FOR THE POOL AREA BEFORE BOOKING. WE ENFORCE THEM.

- The pool is for the private use our guests only. It is not heated nor does it have the ability to be heated. We request that you keep the noise level down in the pool area and do not play any music outdoors. We do not permit even small parties or boisterous loud behavior. Please limit outdoor pool activities to no later than 10PM.
- Off street parking is private, safe, secure and steps away from the house.
- The back yard is completely fenced.
- Hiking, golf and cycling areas are numerous and close by.
- The home is air conditioned and heated. It has a full size washer and dryer.
- Please let us know in advance if you are expecting visitors. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight or use the facilities unless we are notified and have agreed in advance.
- No pets please.
- A excessive cleaning fee will be imposed if the house needs more than standard, turn over cleaning and restocking.
