Location
Our vacation home is located on the outskirts of Seck, right on the bike path, about 5 km from Rennerod or Westerburg (shopping).
From the A3 highway, take the Limburg exit (from the south) or the Montabaur exit (from the north); from the A45 highway, take the Haiger or Herborn exit—all are approximately 25 km away.
From the town center, there are bus connections to the surrounding towns as well as to the cathedral city of Limburg.
Description
You’ll be staying in a beautiful semi-detached house, accessible via a flight of stairs. The living and dining areas, kitchen, and guest restroom are located on the first floor. The two bedrooms with a spacious bathroom are on the upper floor.
A covered patio invites you to linger and relax.
Fresh hand towels and bath towels are provided for you, as well as bed linens. In addition to the usual cooking utensils, the kitchen is equipped with dish soap, dishcloths, and dishwasher tablets, so you don’t need to bring your own. If you need anything else, please let us know.

Stay Active
The biking and hiking trail that runs right past the house leads you to nearby nature reserves and wooded areas—such as the “Holzbachschlucht” with its beautiful farm café or the “Secker Weiher” and the “Wiesensee” with dining options and a golf course (approx. 5 km / 18 holes).
You can explore the Westerwald and find relaxation while hiking along the “Westerwaldsteig.”
Right in town, there’s a holistic health center with great programs for physical well-being.
Even in winter, the Westerwald offers opportunities to stay active: cross-country ski trails (Rennerod) and downhill ski slopes (Höhn and Salzburger Kopf ski lifts) are within easy reach.
Other recreational options, such as a climbing adventure park and a zoo (both in Bad Marienberg), a movie theater, and swimming spots (Secker Weiher, Westerburg Outdoor Pool, etc.), can be found in the immediate vicinity.
