BALTIC SEA VACATION WITH SEASIDE RESORT CHARM
Villa Strandbrise was newly built in 2006 and modeled after the traditional seaside resort architectural style. It is located in the second row, just a stone’s throw from the eastern center of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn. The beach, the pier, and the promenade are all within a 10-minute walk. All apartments feature an underground parking space and a balcony or terrace.

HIGH-END 4-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY, ROOF TERRACE, AND BATHTUB
You’ll be staying in a high-end 4-room vacation apartment measuring 93 m², located on the top floor. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the southwest-facing rooftop terrace, which is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop with oven, and much more. The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds, closets, and flat-screen TVs (from the larger bedroom, you can step out onto the southeast-facing balcony), as well as a bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom, featuring a corner bathtub, shower, and toilet, rounds out the apartment’s amenities.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Please understand that smoking is permitted only on the terrace, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed. 

The rental price already includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating.

Linen Package (add-on): Upon request, you can book a linen package as an add-on. It includes bed linens, one bath towel, and one hand towel per person; we also provide dish towels and a bath mat for each apartment. Please book the linens package well in advance so that we can have it ready for you in your vacation home and make the beds.

Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi access is available during your stay. Please note that, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we cannot accept liability for any disruptions or outages.

The apartment includes an underground parking space, which is provided free of charge during your stay. Please note the maximum clearance height of 1.95 m.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
