Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 244: 2-room apartment close to the beach

The bright, beachfront 2-room apartment 244 (approx. 31 m²), located on the 1st floor of Building C (no elevator), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The inviting and cozy living/dining room, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out) sofa bed, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a dresser and various shelves.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a vanity table with a chair and wall mirror, and a spacious closet.

The pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The modern bathroom features a low-entry glass shower, a vanity with a cabinet and mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet with a shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage, located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation accommodation.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as a starter kit for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, a surcharge of 10.00 € per night per person applies for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
