Original artwork and subtle musical references reflect the apartment’s close proximity to Chicago’s legendary live-music scene, with the Aragon Ballroom, Riviera Theatre, and the iconic Green Mill all within an easy walk. It’s also within walking distance to other beloved northside neighborhoods, including Andersonville, Lincoln Square, Asia on Argyle, Wrigley Field , and the lakefront.

At the same time, quiet, tree-lined streets make it easy to forget you’re in one of the world’s largest cities.
