4-Bedroom Vacation Home "Im Sonnenberg" - Eifelia Vacation Homes

This spacious house can accommodate up to four people.
It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including coffee, tea, and a sparkling water maker.
In the living area, you can relax on the cozy couch in front of the TV.
Two bedrooms with large box-spring beds promise restful nights.
The large terrace, complete with patio furniture, a parasol, and an electric grill, is perfect for social gatherings.
A spacious bathroom with a rainforest shower and a separate restroom round out your vacation home.
Guests of both vacation homes also have access to the large garden area with sun loungers and various seating options, as well as the heated outdoor pool (May–October), the pool house with a sauna, relaxation room, and bathroom with a toilet.
There’s also a private parking space with a charging station for electric cars, a washer, a dryer, and free Wi-Fi.
For our youngest guests, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair free of charge.

Welcome to your eifelia vacation home in the Eifel!
Two new, modern vacation homes for your special Eifel vacation, each accommodating up to 4 people.
Both eifelia vacation homes, complete with outdoor facilities including a pool area and sauna, offer you a haven of relaxation in a small Eifel village while you explore the region. The interiors reflect a great attention to detail, and we’ve ensured the amenities are designed so you have everything you need and feel right at home.
During the warmer months, the private terrace is perfect for cozy get-togethers, and the large pool offers a refreshing dip. On colder days or after exciting excursions, you can always warm up and relax in the sauna.



On-site costs: Prices are per night for 1 to 2 people; for each additional person, we charge an extra €30 per night. Children up to age 3 stay free; children ages 4 to 12 pay €20 per night. The minimum stay is 4–7 nights, depending on the season. For dogs, we charge an additional cleaning fee of €10 per night (dogs are only allowed in the “Im Käulchen” house).



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
