The layout worked well for multi-family members. It was cozy and conveniently located for stores and for our wedding venue at Magnolia Plantation. Parts of the house were not thoroughly cleaned. A garage door opener would have provided easier access to avoid excess stairs when unloading luggage, etc., and more than 4 coffee mugs would have helped. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay, and we would stay there again.

I apologize that the home did not meet our usual cleaning standards during your stay. I have addressed your concerns with our cleaning team to help ensure a better experience for future guests. Regarding the coffee mugs, the home is normally stocked with more than four mugs, and I will be checking our inventory to make sure the kitchen remains fully equipped for guests. For garage access, the garage door can be opened from inside the garage, as discussed during your stay. Because garage remotes can easily be lost or misplaced, we do not provide individual remote openers to guests. Thank you again for your feedback. Our home overlooks the serene marsh along the Ashley River, offering stunning views and the perfect backdrop to relax and unwind.

What made us choose this neighborhood? It's tucked away on a quiet-dead end street with just 12 homes. It's peaceful, friendly, and the neighbors are truly amazing.

This beautiful home is only four years old and offers a spacious, open floor plan designed for comfort and connection. The layout features three bedrooms on the top floor, including a master suite, as well as an additional master suite on the lower level-ideal for added space and flexibility. The main living area sits perfectly in between making it easy to gather and relax. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, allowing you to prepare meals while still enjoying time with family and friends, and the dining table includes two leaves for additional seating when needed. Step out onto the back porch to take in the stunning marsh views, whether you're grilling out or unwinding downstairs by the fire pit.
