These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. The high-quality, 2-room vacation apartment Hafenspitze 10 is located on the 1st floor of the building and, with a living area of 49 square meters, is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. From the sunny rooftop loggia, you can enjoy the view of the harbor area. The bright living-dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows equipped with electric sunshades. The living area also includes an internet-enabled TV with hotel mode and an internet radio. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. There are also two additional sleeping arrangements in the living room should you wish to travel with more than two people.

The fully equipped kitchenette, integrated into the living area, allows you to prepare your own meals should you choose not to dine at one of the numerous restaurants. The vacation rental features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. Upon arrival, the beds for two people are already made, and towels are provided as part of the service.
