BALTIC SEA VACATION IN A QUIET LOCATION WITH A TERRACE AND GARDEN
The Gode Tiet house is nestled in the countryside, set back one block from the beach. In 2008, the house was completely renovated and an addition was built. It consists of two vacation apartments and a resident’s apartment. The wheelchair-accessible Gode Tiet 1 vacation apartment is located on the first floor and has its own separate entrance. The garden belonging to the apartment, with its spacious lawn, along with the terrace on the east side of the house, invites you to relax and unwind. The house features a laundry room with a washing machine, which you can use for a fee (coin-operated). Guests staying in this apartment have access to a marked parking space of sufficient width.

LOVINGLY FURNISHED 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH LARGE TERRACE
Welcome to Apartment 01 in the Gode Tiet building! You’ll find a cozy 3-room apartment with a total area of 60 square meters, which is ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has no steps. You’ll find a bright, open living and dining area with a kitchenette, one bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. The apartment is fully tiled.

The spacious living area of the vacation rental is furnished with a cozy sofa set, a 42-inch Smart TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player. Curtains and pleated blinds are installed on the windows in the living area to provide privacy and block out light.

The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and adjoins the open kitchenette. The fully equipped kitchenette provides all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you’ll need for the perfect dinner: A 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven with a range hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen’s amenities.

From the living area, you step out onto the large, furnished terrace with a garden area that faces east. Here, you can enjoy breakfast, soak up the sun, relax, and wind down the evening after a lovely day by the sea.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious wardrobe offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. Curtains and pleated blinds are installed on the windows in the bedroom to provide privacy and block out light. The second, smaller bedroom accommodates one additional person. This room features a small single bed (80 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, and is equipped with a curtain for blackout purposes.

The accessible bathroom with natural light is equipped with a walk-in shower, as well as a sink and toilet fitted with grab bars. A towel warmer ensures your towels are nice and warm.

SPECIAL FEATURES
We ask for your understanding that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.
The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order them in advance so that we can have the linens ready for you in the apartment before your arrival.
A coin-operated washing machine and a free parking space are located on the property. As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available to you free of charge; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
