WE Hibbeln: a modern, elegant, high-quality 3-room apartment

This modern, very spacious, and high-end 3-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the first floor features a ground-level entryway, offers a high level of comfort, and is fully furnished. The flooring in all living areas is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway with a coat rack and shoe cabinet, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The light-filled, high-quality living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable leather couch, an armchair, a footstool, coffee table, a sideboard, and a separate dining table with a large corner bench and 2 chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 12 m² sunny terrace (south-facing) with patio furniture and a large umbrella—here you can sit back and relax amidst the greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine…!

For your entertainment, the living area of the vacation rental features a large, modern flat-screen TV, internet radio, and a multifunctional speaker (with an USB port, the ability to stream music from your cell phone, etc.) with a soundbar. There is also an additional flat-screen TV in the first bedroom. Furthermore, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The modern open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with high-quality appliances, including a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso Pixie capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet with a large mirror. A TV is also available here for your entertainment.

The separate and additional second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a spacious dresser.
To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters.

The modern and elegant bathroom features a real-glass walk-in shower (senior-friendly!), a sink, a makeup mirror, 2 cabinets, a toilet, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

A washing machine is also available in the bathroom for washing your vacation clothes.

In addition, the apartment includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage. Here you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, a drying rack, cleaning supplies, and similar items.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large closet with a shoe cabinet in the apartment’s spacious hallway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the property. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—the associated additional costs amount to €5.00 per day, plus a one-time, moderate surcharge to cover the increased final cleaning costs (see prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bedding—the beds are already made—one large shower towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
