Welcome to Serenity! Step upstairs to the top level and be greeted by a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light and designed for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep effortless, while the connected living and dining areas create the perfect place to gather, unwind, and make memories together. This level also features a spacious king bedroom with a private full bathroom.
On the mid-level, you’ll find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, ideal for families or groups traveling together. The ground floor is all about fun and downtime, featuring a game room with a kitchenette, perfect for snacks, drinks, and relaxed evenings after a day of adventure.
Outside, a sparkling private pool awaits, surrounded by outdoor seating and bar where you can bask in the sun and socialize. Soak in the hot tub, fire up the grill for laid-back BBQ nights, and after a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the home comfortably sand-free.

**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
