• Third Bedroom: Upstairs full‑size bunk beds with a trundle, making it a great option for children, especially those new to sleeping in beds
Please note: In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the home includes a couch that turns into a lay flat bed in the game room, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 9 guests.

Originally from New York, but now living in New Jersey, my wife and I bought this property in 2025 as a weekend escape for us with our family. Now that we have baby number two on the way, the house won’t be getting much use so we figured we’d share it for others to enjoy.

The Poconos is well known for its skiing, hiking, golf, outdoor activities, etc. We chose this property because while it is in a remote setting, it’s easily accessible to many amenities with a vehicle. Shawnee Mountain is nearby which features excellent skiing for beginners to intermediate, Bushkill Falls, which is known as the Niagara of the Poconos is nearby as well as historic downtown East Stroudsburg, with its many restaurants, shops, and bars.

Our property is an A-Frame chalet inspired with Nordic minimalist design. We renovated the property in its entirety in 2025 adding new hardwood features and accenting bright windows for a moody, but festive feel. Appliances are all new and the home is maintained and cleaned regularly.
This is a great spot for families as it has a room with twin bunk beds, which are full-size along with a trundle bed. As well as a master king suite with full bathroom attached on the first floor along with a secondary living room and laundry that is ground level so accessible for guests who have trouble with stairs. The main living room photos speak for itself. Tall angled ceilings to complement the A-frame structure with dual wood beans and a large aviator style fan that provides excellent airflow throughout the main level. In addition, we have another guest room on the second floor as well as a lofted space with a full-size pool table that can be enjoyed with friends and family.
Lastly, the home has two smart TVs. One 65 inch on the first floor and oversize 85 inch TV on the second floor. We also have a street facing outdoor deck, which is perfect for coffee or cocktails.
