The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check in.

• Sleeping Area: Unwind in a queen-sized sleigh bed on a raised platform, complete with cozy bedding and hotel-inspired touches for restful nights.

• Kitchenette: Prepare easy meals in your well-appointed kitchenette, featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, plates, bowls, and silverware.

• Dining Space: Enjoy meals comfortably at the coffee table in the living area.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you will have full private access to the entire studio. This includes the comfortable sleeping area, modern bathroom, cozy living and dining spaces, and your fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy thoughtful touches throughout your stay, plus convenient on-site parking for a stress-free experience. The studio features a private entrance for your convenience.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy. Many shops, restaurants, and coffee spots are walkable, especially in Hyde Park Village and SOHO. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available 🚕, and major roads provide quick access to Downtown Tampa, Bayshore Boulevard, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, and Tampa International Airport. On-site parking makes exploring by car simple, whether you’re heading to the beach, catching a game, or discovering local attractions.

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine) during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



• Hurricane Season: If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.

• Supplies: Complimentary toiletries, paper products, and coffee are provided for approximately the first 3–5 days. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days; please use the laundry facility nearby to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby stores make restocking easy if needed.



• Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and their return is requested, guests are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
