(about a 2 minute walk) from the ocean! Whether you’re casting a line off the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier or wandering the boardwalk for an ice cream and sunset view, this spot puts you right in the heart of beachside fun. After a day in the sand, kick back on the large balcony.
Linens, toiletries, and bath/beach towels are all provided.

The space
Step onto the expansive oceanfront covered deck, ideal for outdoor dining or quiet afternoons with the sound of the waves. Sliding glass doors open to a bright, open living and dining space filled with natural light and refined coastal décor. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with ample cookware, appliances, and storage. A conveniently tucked-away laundry center completes the space.

Parking on site for up to 2 vehicles with an HOA provided parking pass.
The property sits between two nearby public beach accesses—Scotch Bonnet and Seahorse—and just down the road, you’ll find a public kayak launch at Sandpiper, making it easy to paddle out and explore the water.
Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
