Parking & Wristbands

Up to 2 vehicles per reservation are allowed. If you are renting a golf cart, that counts as a vehicle. Parking is $50 with online registration and is non-refundable. If you wish to register for parking in person, you may do so at the kiosk on the 1st floor, and the charge is $55 per vehicle.

We provide your set of wristbands free of charge. Lost, damaged, or taken home wristbands incur a $25 replacement fee per band.

Parking & common area gate codes are issued in separate messaging from us within 72 hours of booking. Please look out for that.

No matter what floor you park on, you need to take the elevators in the parking garage to the 3rd floor to walk over to the resort and take the elevators to the 18th floor to get to Bleu No. 1809.

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, cabana, beach tent, beach wagon, cooler, speaker and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the condo for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.
